Alhamdullah, the Executive Governor Dr Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar have accented to the laws creating ZAGIS, as recommended by the State House of Assembly, now we have becomes full autonomous agency. May Allah(swa) protect and guide us through. Ameen.

Certification, Recertification of existing Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), Letter of Grant Title and Fresh application (properties with no title) is still on.

If you haven't apply yet, we advice you do it now:

We are pleased to remind you that ZAGIS have successfully issued out the 1st batch of the new E- C of Os to its beneficiaries/applicants.

Dont be left behind as processes are now on to finalize and issue out the 2nd batch (sooner).

You may need to know that the old C of Os have been invalidated (cancelled) by The Executive Governor of Zamfara State under The Land Administration System for the new electric C of O (e- C of O) which is digitally prepared with the owner's photo and digital biometric on it, it also bears the Geographical Information of the location of the property, using the geographical coordinates of the property in produce the TDP via satellite imagery.

Hurry now and obtain your form(s) at Gusau Brach of Sterling Bank PLC. Gusau Zamfara State.
