Today is my birthday.

As I step into another year of life, this is my message to every young person out there who is grinding, staying consistent, and refusing to settle for average:

Think Tomorrow.

Not just today’s hustle. Not just the quick wins or the instant gratification.
Think about the person you want to become in 5, 10, 15 years.
Think about the legacy you want to leave.
Think about the freedom, impact, and peace you’re building right now with every decision you make.

The future doesn’t just happen to us ,we create it through the habits we keep, the skills we build, the discipline we develop, and the vision we protect.

To every young person who wakes up early, who says no to distractions, who invests in themselves when no one is watching, who keeps showing up even when results are slow I see you.
Keep going.

Consistency is quiet, but its compound effect is loud.
One day, you will wake up and realize that all those “small” daily sacrifices have built something massive.
Your future self is already thanking you.

So let this be our collective reminder:

- Plan like your dreams depend on it (because they do).
- Prepare like the opportunities you pray for are coming (because they will).
- Stay focused. Stay hungry. Stay teachable.
- Protect your time, your energy, and your mindset like the treasures they are.

The world needs more young people who are not just dreaming, but building.
Not just talking, but doing.
Not just wishing for a better tomorrow, but working relentlessly towards it.

Tomorrow is my birthday, but today belongs to preparation.
Today is where legends are made.

Let’s keep thinking future.
Let’s keep building.
Let’s keep becoming.

To every consistent young king and queen out there this year, let’s level up even harder.

The future is bright for those who refuse to quit.

Think Tomorrow. Plan. Prepare. Execute.

Happy Birthday to me and to the greater version of all of us that’s coming.

MY 2025 REJECTED APPLICATIONS EXPERIENCE ✍

2025 has tested me in ways I never imagined. I poured my heart into applications for some of the most prestigious opportunities out there, and here’s the honest truth .... all of them came back as rejections:

1. Open Doors Russian Scholarship Project

2. Legislative Mentorship Initiative (LMI) Fellowship Cohort 2025

3. One Young World 2025 Summit Leading Scholarship

4. Schwarzman Scholars

5. AYM Shafa 2025 Graduate Trainee Program

6. Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship

7. Amnesty International – Global Civic Space Fellow

8. Chulalongkorn University, Thailand

9. Field Officer, New Incentives

10. Mandela Washington Fellowship 2025

11. Stipendium Hungaricum

12. Tongji University

13. National Health Fellows Program

Thirteen “no’s” in one year. Each rejection email stung ,some more than others. There were days I questioned everything: my qualifications, my efforts, my path.

But I’m sharing this list not for pity, but for perspective.

To every young person out there grinding, applying, revising, and facing silence or rejection: you are not alone. These closed doors do not define your value or your future. They are simply part of the process.

I choose to see each rejection as redirection. Somewhere out there is the right opportunity ,one that will recognize what I bring and allow me to contribute meaningfully. Until then, I keep preparing, keep applying, keep growing.

Consistency is my response to rejection. Faith is my fuel. And, and resilience is my strength.

Your story is still being written. Keep showing up. Keep believing. The breakthrough often comes right after the hardest “no.”

Stay strong, stay consistent, and keep pushing. Your yes is coming. 💪

CAPTION OPTION 1:

A balanced meal is one of the easiest ways we care for our bodies, but it’s also one of the things we often overlook.

Sustainable nutrition reminds us to choose meals that support our health, not harm it. When we eat better, we show up better in school, work, and life.

Let’s commit to small choices that make a big difference.

Join us as we explore the importance of healthy living!

Happy World Toilet Day! 🚽💙

Today, let’s celebrate something we all use every day but rarely talk about: the humble toilet.

A simple toilet isn’t just convenience; it’s dignity, health, and equality.
Every time you flush, remember that 3.5 billion people around the world still don’t have access to a safe, private toilet. That means open defecation, deadly diseases, girls missing school during their periods, and women risking danger just to relieve themselves.

But here’s the good news: every toilet built changes lives.
It stops diseases like cholera and diarrhea (which kill hundreds of thousands of children every year).
It keeps girls in school and women safe.
It protects our rivers, soil, and planet.

So today, be grateful for your toilet, talk about it without shame, and support the movement to get safe sanitation to everyone, everywhere.

Because no one should have to live without the basic human right to a safe and dignified p**p! 💪

Flush with pride, and let’s make the world a cleaner, fairer place—one toilet at a time. 🌍
