B Ahmad, Dr. Bertha Danja and Asma’u Iganus on their well deserved appointment as Honourable Commissioner for Education, Honourable Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, and Special Adviser on Women Mobilization respectively.

Your appointments reflect the confidence reposed in your competence, dedication, and capacity to serve. I have no doubt that each of you will justify this trust through impactful leadership and selfless service to the people of Gombe State. May Almighty Allah grant you wisdom, strength, and success as you discharge the responsibilities of your respective offices.

I equally commend His Excellency, Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, (Dan Majen Gombe) for his commitment to inclusive governance and gender inclusion. By entrusting capable women with strategic leadership positions, he has once again demonstrated his belief that sustainable development is best achieved when everyone is given the opportunity to contribute. This is a commendable example of visionary leadership and a source of inspiration for women and girls across our dear state.

As we welcome the blessed month of Muharram and the beginning of a new Islamic year, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the good people of Gombe State and the entire Muslim Ummah.

May this new year bring peace, prosperity, unity, and abundant blessings to our families, communities, and our dear state. May Allah (SWT) grant us good health, strengthen our faith, and guide us to greater acts of righteousness and service to humanity.
