SAIL Support Groups Reaffirm Support for APC Gubernatorial Candidate, Other Party Flagbearers

Former President of the Senate, Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan, PhD, GCON's support groups from Yobe South and Yobe East Senatorial Districts have reaffirmed their total support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate, Alhaji Baba Malam Wali, mni, and all APC candidates ahead of the forthcoming elections in Yobe State.

The position was made known during a strategic meeting held with the Acting Secretary to the Yobe State Government, Dr. Muhammad Goje, at his office in Damaturu.

The delegation was led by the Deputy Speaker of the Yobe State House of Assembly, Hon. Ya'u Usman Dachia, alongside the Yobe State Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, Hon. Muhammad Gagiyo, and Alhaji Nasiru Mato. The meeting was also attended by Coordinators and Directors-General of various support groups loyal to Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan from across Yobe South and Yobe East Senatorial Districts.

Speaking during the meeting, the leaders of the support groups reaffirmed their unwavering commitment to the APC and pledged to mobilize their structures and supporters at all levels to ensure the victory of Alhaji Baba Malam Wali and all APC candidates in the upcoming elections.

They emphasized that the unity, stability, and continued progress of Yobe State remain their foremost priority, stressing that all political structures associated with Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan are fully aligned with the party's collective vision and leadership.

The meeting further underscored the spirit of unity, loyalty, and cohesion among APC stakeholders, with participants resolving to work collectively towards strengthening the party and securing electoral success across the state.

The support groups also commended Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan for his leadership, political maturity, and commitment to party unity, describing his support for the APC consensus arrangements as a demonstration of statesmanship and dedication to the progress of Yobe State.

Hon. Kankare Pays Courtesy Visit to Hon. Muhammad Gagiyo, Discusses Unity and Progress of APC in Bade

Former President of the Senate, Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan, PhD, GCON's strong ally and Yobe State Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, Hon. Muhammad Gagiyo, on Monday received Hon. Kankare Alhaji Dauda at his residence.

The visit provided an opportunity for both leaders to engage in fruitful discussions on issues of mutual interest, particularly the need to sustain unity, strengthen party cohesion, and advance the collective aspirations of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bade Local Government Area and Yobe State at large.

During the meeting, the two stakeholders emphasized the importance of maintaining harmony among party members and working together to consolidate the gains of the APC while promoting peace, stability, and development across Bade Local Government.

They also discussed the way forward for the party, stressing the need for continued collaboration among stakeholders to ensure greater unity and support for the leadership and vision of the APC in Yobe State.

Hon. Gagiyo reaffirmed his commitment to the ideals of the party and the collective efforts aimed at sustaining progress and development for the benefit of the people.

The meeting ended with prayers for unity, peace, and continued success for the APC, Bade Local Government, Yobe State, and Nigeria as a whole.

Senator Lawan Gifts ₦500,000 Eid-el-Adha Support to SAIL Media Team Members

Former President of the Senate, Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan, PhD, GCON, has donated the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (₦500,000) as Eid-el-Adha support to members of the SAIL Media Team.

The gesture, which has already been distributed among members of the media team, is aimed at supporting and appreciating their commitment, loyalty, and continuous contributions towards promoting the activities and achievements of the Senator and the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Members of the team expressed deep appreciation to Senator Lawan for the kind gesture, describing it as a demonstration of his consistent support, generosity, and concern for the welfare of those working with him.

The team prayed for Almighty Allah to continue to bless Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan with good health, wisdom, and strength as he continues to serve the people of Yobe North and Nigeria at large.

CELEBRATING THREE YEARS OF A TRANSFORMATIVE PRESIDENCY

Mr. President, on this day three years ago, you stood before the Nigerian people after your victory at the Presidential polls and embraced a singular, solemn charge to lead this great nation not where the path was easy, but where the truth of our circumstance demanded we must go.

Today, on this third anniversary of your presidency, I write with immense pride and congratulatory joy, not because the journey has been easy, but precisely because it has been daring, consequential, and anchored in a love for country that refuses to settle for the illusion of comfort over the architecture of lasting greatness.

Over the period of your stewardship, you have demonstrated rare political courage, by liberalising the exchange rate to restore transparency and investor confidence, and reordering our fiscal framework so that states and local governments might finally breathe the oxygen of true federalism. These were not popular choices, nevertheless, the outcome has been a competitive economy, the historic democratisation of access to higher education via the student loan scheme, and an expanding web of infrastructure that reconnects our people and their dreams.

Your Excellency, you have governed with a capacious heart and a dogged, almost defiant, faith in the Nigerian genius. You have reminded us that true nationhood is not the absence of differences but the elevation of our shared destiny above them.

In a time of global uncertainty, you have steadied our national gaze by securing our territorial integrity, and confronting the hydra-headed menace of insecurity, and doing so while insisting that governance must never lose its human face.

Mr. President, history has a way of being fair to those who refuse to be swayed by the fleeting moods of the moment. The seed you have sown in tears of sacrifice is already breaking through the soil in shoots of renewal. The morning is upon us.

As you commemorate your 3rd anniversary in office, please accept my heartfelt congratulations and the assurances of my abiding respect. May the Almighty Allah (SWT) continue to grant you robust health, inexhaustible wisdom, and the fortitude to see through this defining moment of our national renaissance.
