TIPS FOR THE LADIES.
The ladies are not left out in our welding training and competent test program.
Welding is a field that is expected to grow, especially as the nation's aging infrastructure faces repair needs nationally. It offers competitive wages and steady work.
Meet Hannah Merriman who has joins other females in the welding world in breaking into the traditionally male-dominated field. Efforts to grow the number of female welders have drawn headlines lately.
In 2016, she enrolled at Shawnee Community College without any particular direction. While researching her options, she was struck by a thought: What about welding?
She completed her coursework in December, and — after a challenging test — received a call on Dec. 13 that she’d been officially certified by the American Welding Society.
Merriman was nervous, though, and didn't want to spend too much money on something she might not like. She decided to take an introductory class before signing up for the full-time program. Merriman said that first semester was challenging, but welding also felt natural to her. “I really just clicked with it,” she said. “My teacher said it would probably be a mistake for me not to go into welding
Since the introduction of ladies into the welding world the profession which is traditional known to be dominated by male has taken a new look, now female competes with their male counterpart and even won the stage.

Why not join the league of women in the world of welding for a financial spark?

Proverbs 22:6 KJV "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

When is it the right age to let a child go his way, in some develop countries they say it at age15, some says age 18, but maturity has nothing to do with age, but the ability to apply information and get the right result, thus we don`t give our kids the information and asume they are apply it, but we give them the information and guide them to apply it and get the right result, until when they can apply it with less supervision, then he is ready to go his way.

A healthy and successful society is as result of good family beliefs and values, every child born into our world is program by his environment, the programming starts in the informal education given to them by their parents, thus you will see them start displaying those traits, they wants to kmow why things work and how they work, that is why I called them the "explorer", at this point some parent may miss out this opportunity to help the child develop this trait, but with good cognitive skill approach we can help them develope this traits and take charge of their world.

Every child is your child.

AMERICAN WELDING SOCIETY CERTIFICATION EXAMS.
Such as it also in life as you climb the ladder of Fame, at point in time you have to be tested consciously or unconsciously all you have to do is to always be prepared, the test is not to bring you down but to prepare you for next step on the ladder of Fame, but when you don't have the answers to the exams, you see it as a hindrance to the hall of fame.
Have this mindset like me "No examination no promotion" this mindset has made a problem solver that I don't see them as problem anymore, but a challenge that needs a challenger and who is this challenger me, it makes to be on offensive rather than being on defensive, it has made me proactive and not passive, and you too can have these qualities and be a solution to many problems face by humanity.

happy learning good result.

Fillet weld are economical because they require no or less edge preparation, it is mostly used in Tee-joint and overlap-joint the welding touches the surface of the two steel that is being welded, it fills up to have convex finishing which acts as a reinforcement.
The fillet weld always needs high current for welding because the angle formed always has some pocket of air which needs a lot of heat to burn up the edge of one the steel that makes up the joint to enable the molten steel to settle down and displace the air due to density difference.
Thus the smaller the angle the higher the current, and the bigger the angle lower the current needed to carry out the fillet weld.
