To all our supporters, friends, political associates, and the good people who believed in the aspiration of Hon. Comrade Iliyasu Adamu Tuzhi, we sincerely appreciate your unwavering support, encouragement, prayers, and sacrifices throughout this journey.
Politics is not always about winning positions; sometimes it is about sacrifice, understanding, and putting the collective interest of the people above personal ambition. After careful consultations and deep reflection, Hon. Iliyasu has decided to step down from the aspiration for the Niger State House of Assembly.

*Headline: Chanchaga Assembly Aspirant, Comrade Iliyasu Tuzhi, Donates Learning Materials, Uniforms to 50 Students*

In a move to support education and ease the burden on parents, the House of Assembly aspirant for Chanchaga Constituency, Comrade Iliyasu Adamu Tuzhi, popularly known as Barrister, has donated writing materials and school uniforms to 50 indigent students drawn from the 11 wards of the constituency.

The presentation ceremony, held on Tuesday at the Abdulsalami Youth Centre in Minna, attracted parents, community leaders, party stakeholders, and youth groups across Chanchaga Local Government Area.

Speaking at the event, Comrade Tuzhi said the gesture was part of his commitment to human capital development and his passion for education, which he described as “the strongest weapon to break the cycle of poverty.

He noted that the intervention targets vulnerable pupils whose parents struggle to meet basic school needs, especially as the new academic term begins.

He explained that beneficiaries were carefully selected from all 11 wards of Chanchaga Constituency to ensure fairness and spread. Each student received a set of exercise books, pens, mathematical sets, and a complete school uniform.

Some of the beneficiaries Isah Aminu Ubale,Amina Nature, Ruth Godwin who spoke at the event commended the aspirant for the timely support, describing it as a major relief amid the current economic hardship.

Comrade Tuzhi assured the gathering that the donation was only a starting point, promising to expand the scheme to cover more students and introduce scholarships for outstanding pupils if given the mandate to represent the constituency in 2027.

He called on well-meaning individuals and corporate bodies to partner with him to scale up educational support across Chanchaga, stressing that “government alone cannot do it all.”

The event ended with prayers for peace in Niger State and the country at large, followed by a group photograph with the beneficiaries

Iliyasu Adamu Tuzhi, an aspiring Member of the Niger State House of Assembly, has officially submitted his Letter of Intent/Expression of Interest to the Party Chairman, Chanchaga Local Government, Minna — alongside his Director-General of Campaign, Alhaji Hussaini, at the Party Secretariat, Minna.
