*PROGRAM REPORT* *TITLE* : MOTORIZED CAMPAIGN ON NAIRA REDESIGN. DATE: 26/1/23. The motorized campaign on the Naira redesign Sensitization program held in Calabar.The campaign convoy took off from the Federal Secretariat Complex and touched some key areas and streets in Calabar including Watt market, Calabar road, Charmly, target, Mary Slessor, Marian market,Biquo etc.The DG,NOA,Dr.Garba Abari was represented by Mrs.Rosemary Arikpo from the National Hqts.Abuja to monitor the Campaign.The Campaign was also covered by the Media (NTA,CANAAN CITY FM(RADIO NIGERIA ,CRBC,ON- LINE JOURNALIST. The Nigeria Police was not left out as there were on ground to provide the needed security.

NPC PARTNERS NOA ON THE FORTH- COMING Nigeria 2023 POPULATION AND HOUSING CENSUS. In Am One-Day State Capacity Building workshop for LGA Comtrollers of the National Population Commission and the LGA COMO's of the National Orientation Agency was held in Calabar on Thursday, the 17th of November,2022.It's on record that Nigeria is preparing to have the first ever digitalised population and housing Census come April,2023, hence the need for this all important synergy between National Population Commission and National Orientation Agency. The NPC decided to partner the NOA due to the fact that the NOA already has what it takes in terms of existing Structures, Advocacy platforms/ mediums, Mobilization and Sensitizations approaches,Pubic Enlightenment mechanism etc to drive the process for optimum result..This of course is key to achieving set goals. ln attendance were the NOA DG,Dr.Garba Abari,represented by Mrs.Jacenta Torhee from NOA HQ,Abuja among others ln his welcome remarks, the NPC Hon.Federal Commissioner,Navy Captain Charles l.Ogwa Rtd applauded NPC and NOA for the good works they are carrying out in the field and further urged them to do more, even as it relates to the forthcoming 2023 Housing and Population Census.The State Director NOA,Eld. Amissine Ogban in his speech, eulogized all present and charged the COMOs to put in their best.
