*YOUNG NIGERIANS: YOU NEED A POLITICAL DISRUPTOR LIKE PETER OBI TO TAKE YOUR DESTINY IN YOUR HANDS.*

If you are a young Nigerian between the age bracket 18 to 39 years, this message is for you, please, read it attentively.

I have decided to call out Nigerians of this particular age bracket because of how poverty has been weaponised in Nigeria over the years earlier by the PDP and now, APC, to reduce them to mere dreamers, still dreaming big about how their tomorrow will be, a tommorrow left in the hands of their oppressors, while their counterparts somewhere else in other parts of the world are already political, community, academic and social leaders.

I will also deliberately keep people 40 years and above out of it because, most persons in this category are currently facing reality with less dreams and majority have resorted to fate and would do anything the oppressors of the Nigerian people will ask them to do for survival.

Hear this:

Unless for very few examples like Nelson Mandela of South Africa, who willingly and voluntarily relinquished power, empirical evidence have shown that the black man will hang unto power even at the point of death most especially in Africa. Leading this clear evidence are leaders in countries like Cameroun and Nigeria.

While this remains our sad reality as a people, the pattern in Nigeria from independncence has been that of a group of people taking over power, hanging unto it pepertually until a disruptor comes which will now produce new set of leaders.

Pre and immediate post-independence Nigeria saw peopke like Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Alhaji Tafawa Belewa, Chief Anthony Enahoro, Dr. Akanu Ibiam, Prof. Eyo Ita, and the rest of them become leaders and history on ground showed that until either their demise or until the Millitary disrupted their political leadership, they never believed there were other Nigerians qualified to lead other than themselves. The Millitary were the disruptors here.

The Millitary disruption in Nigeria also saw Nigeria produced another set of leaders, this time, from the Millitary flank. These Millitary leaders had no dreams of relinquishing power as they kept on executing coups and counter-coups to throw up different leaders at their convenience. Their dreams were for Nigeria to remain a Millitary State forever until Nigerians through Alhaji Moshood K. O. Abiola disrupted the Millitary system in 1993. Though Abiola was not allowed to rule Nigeria, his ability to disrupt the Millitary system saw to the birth of democracy again in Nigeria and the emergence of another set of Political leaders in the country.

1999 came with Nigeria having freshers become political leaders. I mean even people who could not comfortably feed themselves became political leaders. The M.K.O Abiola system disruption in 1993 had given rise to new voices, and mostly voices of people in their 20ties and 30ties, and that is why I am calling you out people of this age bracket because, this could be your chance again. We had people like Salisu Buhari in his late 20ties become Speaker of the House of Representatives. We had Dimeji Bankole too in his early 30ties also become Speaker of the House of Representatives. In Cross River State, we had a Donald Duke in his 30ties become governor and that was same in some other states of the federation, these and others were the benefit of system disruption.

Africanly, these same people that became leaders as from 1993 and 1999 because of the Abiola system disruption have decided to hang unto power, moving from one Political office to another, believing that no one else is qualified to lead except them. The pathetic situation now is that while they in their time agitated for system disruption that gave them leadership, the young people of today are happy queuing behind in the name of sheepish followership.

The young people today needs a Peter Obi/Labour Party system disruption to take their destiny in their hands. You can never be anything today in PDP or APC as a young person because they will tell you to queue behind. The PDP and APC knows who will be their Party Chairman, governor of any State or President of the Country in the next ten years and it can never come from the the circle of the young people. Forget your tribe or religion, a Peter Obi disrupting the system now will favor you because it will produce new voices and new set of leaders because, the Labour Party now seems to be a Semi-virgin party that the young people can take advantage of now.

*YOUNG NIGERIANS THINK ! YOUR TIME IS NOW, TAKE IT.*
