"Be Part of the Solution, Not the Problem"!
Say No to Indecency, Say Yes to a Better Nigeria.
Recently, a photo circulated showing a male graduate openly grabbing a female graduate’s chest, while another part of the image showed the same female allowing signatures to be written on her breast. Such behavior is highly inappropriate, especially in a public setting. It sends a dangerous message to our youth and risks normalizing unacceptable conduct in society. When immoral acts are left unchallenged, they become accepted as normal, making them harder to correct and causing harm to us all.
We call on every citizen to choose decency over indecency. These actions damage our moral character and tarnish Nigeria’s reputation on the global stage. Our society belongs to everyone, and meaningful change—whether political, social, or religious—begins with the choices each of us makes.
Instead of contributing to societal problems, we must strive to be part of the solution. Upholding values like discipline, respect, and integrity will help build a better Nigeria. When we do so, complaints diminish, and genuine progress becomes evident.
No nation is without challenges. Issues like insecurity, corruption, fraud, indecent behavior, and malpractice can feel overwhelming when left unaddressed. Yet, we all have a role in these problems, and now is the time to face this truth. Let us stand firm, reject bad behavior, and commit to contributing positively to Nigeria’s rise, not her fall.
As we make these conscious decisions and live with integrity, may God continue to bless, guide, and protect us all.
Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
