Yesterday, I had the pleasure of paying a courtesy visit to my brother, Barrister Ismael Ahmed, Chairman of the Presidential Compressed Natural Gas Initiative (PCNGi), at his office in Abuja.

Our engagement focused on strengthening collaboration between FERMA and PCNGi particularly in advancing sustainable energy solutions, improving road infrastructure to support cleaner mobility, and deepening the Federal Government’s commitment to innovation and national development.

I sincerely appreciate the warm reception and the productive conversation. Together, we remain committed to contributing to a safer, greener, and more prosperous Nigeria.

I had the pleasure of receiving Hon. Safiyanu Gidado (Ubandoman Jama’are) and Alh. Hamza Malami (Kaigaman Bauchi) at my residence in Asokoro, Abuja.

Their visit was to congratulate me on my appointment as the Chairman, Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA) by His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

I deeply appreciate their kind words, prayers, and show of solidarity. Their gesture reinforces the spirit of unity and collective commitment to service and development.

As I take on this national responsibility, I remain fully dedicated to promoting transparency, integrity, and sustainable road infrastructure across our dear country. May Allah guide us all in the service of our nation.

Today, some youths from Azare, hometown of Dr. Musa Babayo (Talban Katagum), organized a walima for the honor and position bestowed upon our leader Dr Musa Babayo by the President.

According to them, this act was carried out to express their appreciation for the appointment and to recognize the great significance of having a person like His Excellency Dr. Musa Babayo, Talban Katagum as the FERMA Chairman.

They prayed that Allah grants him the wisdom and strength to discharge the responsibilities entrusted to him faithfully and successfully. Amin

I today paid a visits to some highly respected elders and stakeholders as part of my continuous engagements. I also visited my brother, the former Governor of Bauchi State, Dr. Ahmad Adamu Mu’azu (Walin Bauchi), to once again extend my heartfelt condolences over the passing of his beloved mother.

May Almighty Allah have mercy on her soul, grant her eternal rest in Aljannatul Firdausi, and bless all our departed loved ones who have preceded us to the hereafter.

Yesterday, I was privileged to receive a courtesy visit from a delegation of academics and institutional leaders at my residence in Asokoro, Abuja.

Prof. Abdulaziz Ahmad, former Vice Chancellor, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU). Prof. Saminu, former Vice Chancellor, ATBU. Prof. Ibrahim Hassan Garba, current Vice Chancellor, ATBU Bauchi. Prof. Bala M. Audu, Vice Chancellor, Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA). Alhaji Muhammad Bah, Bursar, FUHSA Azare. And Alhaji Atiku Aliyu.

The visit took place prior to my confirmation by the Senate as Board Chairman of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA).

I sincerely appreciate their thoughtful visit, words of encouragement, and show of solidarity. Their gesture reflects the enduring bond of friendship and our shared dedication to advancing education, infrastructure, and national development.

Today marks another remarkable chapter in my journey of service to our great nation. I have been officially confirmed by the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as the Board Chairman of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA).

This confirmation is not just a personal honor but a national call to duty, a trust placed in me to serve with integrity, vision, and commitment toward improving our nation’s road infrastructure. I deeply appreciate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his confidence in my capacity to contribute to the Renewed Hope Agenda, and I thank the distinguished members of the Senate for their endorsement and trust.

To my friends, associates, supporters, and the good people of Nigeria, I express my heartfelt gratitude for your constant prayers, encouragement, and goodwill. Your faith in me remains my greatest motivation to deliver results that will make us all proud.

As I prepare to assume office, I pledge to work diligently with the management and staff of FERMA to ensure our roads become safer, more durable, and more accessible for every Nigerian. Together, we shall connect communities, boost commerce, and strengthen national unity through better road networks. May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

I had the honour, alongside associates of His Excellency, Alhaji (Dr.) Ahmad Adamu Mu’azu (Walin Bauchi), to receive the Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, who paid a condolence visit over the passing of Hajiya Halima Suleiman, the beloved mother of the former Governor of Bauchi State.

Governor Sule, accompanied by Hon. Gaza Jonathan Gbefwi, Member representing Keffi/Karu/Kokona Federal Constituency, and Senator John Danboyi, offered heartfelt condolences and prayers for the repose of the late Hajiya Halima Suleiman’s soul that Almighty Allah forgives her shortcomings and grants her Aljannatul Firdaus.

On behalf of myself and all associates present, I expressed deep gratitude to His Excellency Governor Sule for this gesture of compassion and solidarity. His visit is a clear reflection of the enduring bond of friendship, empathy, and mutual respect that binds our communities and leaders together.

May the soul of Hajiya Halima Suleiman rest in perfect peace. Amin

I had the honor of joining respected leaders and brothers Alhaji Mahmoud Yayale Ahmed (Ajiyan Katagum), Col. Shuaibu (Ciroman Lafiya), Wamban Katsina, Alhaji Ado Sura, and others on a condolence visit to His Excellency, Alhaji (Dr.) Ahmed Adamu Mu’azu (Walin Bauchi), at his Abuja residence.

We went to sympathize with him over the passing of his dear mother, Hajiya Baba Akwanga, who returned to her Creator today in Madina, Saudi Arabia.

Our hearts and prayers are with the Walin Bauchi and his entire family in this moment of grief. May Allah forgive her, have mercy on her soul, and grant her Aljannatul Firdaus.
