*WHAT WE MUST DO TO GET IT RIGHT IN AGUATA 1 STATE CONSTITUENCY*

A golden opportunity is what 2023 election cycle has presented to Ndi Aguata 1 State Constituency. It is an opportunity to select our *FINEST*, who will be entrusted with mandate of recreating a State Constituency where justice, fairness, equity and equal opportunity will be the order of the day. _An opportunity to make the society better for Papa, Mama and Pikin._

To maximize this opportunity, we must look for Experience, Competence, Character and Capacity. We must shun SELLING our votes. We must ask critical questions about who to support. We must support who we can hold accountable. We must support who we can trust.

Before us is a *Champion of Peace*; a man of Peace, Experience, Character and Capacity. *He is Chief Engr Isaac Obumneme Okpala*. He has, is still and will continue to stand with Papa, Mama and Pikin. With him lays the path to the New Aguata 1 State Constituency.

OCHOTARAUDO NA UGA IS HERE; READY TO SERVE AND REPRESENT NDI AGUATA 1 CONSTITUENCY.

Good leaders have the emotional intelligence to understand and accept that change is inevitable. Instead of trying to maintain a status quo just for the sake of consistency, embrace change and innovation. Be open to new ideas and alternative ways of thinking. Everyone brings a unique perspective to the table, and that is something to take advantage of, not discourage.

“When you’re open to hearing the thoughts of the talent around you is when you truly embrace every possibility and potential,” said Shah. “See things through till the end. Understand that there will be errors along the way, but if something doesn’t work, try to figure out why and how before scrapping it.”

THREE THINGS THAT WILL MAKE GOOD POLITICIANS WIN ELECTION THIS TIME OF INSECURITY .

1) Being in good term with your Communities, Constituencies and Senatorial Zones.

2) Have you done MUCH in area of infrastructures, the one you representated before now to your Constituencies or Communities.

3) Have you done MUCH in area of Human development and employment to your community.

*Reasons*
With the rising rate of insecurity, there may be no political campaigns in Anambra State for the 2023 Elections. There will likely be no safe atmosphere for contestants to move round to plead for votes. If you intend to contest any position but lack good records with the people, don't bother contesting because you will lose.

The few voters who will be brave to come out on election day will vote base on the already established visibility of candidates in their Communities, Constituencies and Senatorial districts.

Also, vote buying will be more difficult than before as people will be very afraid to come out not to speak of carrying cash to polling units.

Note that the elections must hold and winners must emerge even if only one pecentage of eligible voters turn out that day.

Therefore, if you are good with your Communities have hope:

If, you are not close to your Communities make amends now it's not late.
