FHA Management conducted a routine inspection of its Bwari Estate, Abuja, as the Authority gears up to commission the Estate.

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Hon. Oyetunde Ojo, expressed his satisfaction with the progress made so far, noting that the 336-unit estate is nearing completion.

He assured property owners that the estate would provide a livable, comfortable, and conducive environment for residents.

FEDERAL HOUSING AUTHORITY UNVEILS FHA AUPCTRE BRANCH EXECUTIVES

The Amalgamated Union of Public Corporations, Civil Service Technical & Recreational Services Employees (AUPCTRE) Abuja Chapter paid a courtesy visit to Federal Housing Authority at its Headquarters as part of its statutory responsibility and to formally introduce its newly elected executive members.

During the visit, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer ,FHA, Hon. Oyetunde Ojo, commended the Union for its contributions to the Authority's growth and development. He acknowledged the union's commitment to professionalism and its role in supporting the effective delivery of FHA's mandate.

In recognition of his leadership and support for the union, the AUPCTRE delegates presented the MD with an Award of Appreciation for his outstanding commitment and support to members, and the remarkable work being carried out under his administration in FHA.

FHA CONDUCT SENSITIZATION EXERCISE AT KARU ESTATE, ABUJA.

The Officials of the Federal Housing Authority, led by the General Manager (Research & Service Innovation), Mrs. Brenda M. Ben-Eigege, recently visited one of its estates in Karu, Abuja, to conduct a sensitization exercise for residents on key estate management issues.

The exercise focused on ground rent payment and building approval procedures, aimed at improving orderliness and infrastructure management within the estate.

In its continued quest to tackle the nation’s housing challenges, Federal Housing Authority, on Wednesday, 13th May 2026, performed a groundbreaking ceremony at Ofada, Obafemi Owode Local Government Area, Ogun State.

The ceremony, which kick-starts the construction of FHA Gateway Estate in Ogun State, was performed by the Managing Director and Chief Executive of the Authority, Hon. Oyetunde Ojo. The event had many dignitaries in attendance.
