ZERO TOLERANCE TO ILLEGAL DEVELOPMENTS: FHA TO INTENSIFY DEMOLITION EXERCISES.

FHA recently carried out the demolition of unauthorized construction on a land plot originally allocated to a serving ambassador over 20 years ago.

This is to serve as a notice to the general public to avoid illegal encroachment on FHA properties to prevent severe legal action and demolition.

It is worthy to note that the Authority conducts routine aerial surveillance using advanced drone technology across its properties nationwide, making it easier to detect illegal construction, boundary infractions, and land grabbing.

FHA remains committed to protecting legally allocated properties.
