Delta State Task Force On Human Trafficking & lrregular Migration

So....about 28th February, 2025

The Delta State Task Force Against Human Trafficking in Collaboration with Girls' Power Initiative (GPI) organized a capacity building program for Actors in contact with children at risk/victims of trafficking in Delta State. Participants at the training were equipped with knowledge on:

1. The links between gender, the digital environment and trafficking in persons,
2. Family tracing and psychological first aid for victims of trafficking, and
3. Identification of suspected traffickers and victims.

It was an engaging event as the training sessions had seasoned and experienced practitioners from The Task Force, , Hope Health Organization (CSO) and facilitating. Participants undertook to use the knowledge acquired to combat human trafficking in their various spheres of operations.
