In the spirit of love and friendship, today at my resident, I was privilege to received the August visit of my fellow compatriots, politicians and illustrious sons of our great land Shelleng Local Government Area the Hon. Member representing Shelleng constituency in the Adamawa State House of Assembly Hon. Abubakar Isa (Marafan Shelleng), Hon Isa Salihu Barima, former commissioner, Adamawa State Ministry of Lives stock and Hon. Sha,aban Isa Dasong, former executive chairman of Shelleng Local Government Area all with their teaming supporters.

The purpose of their coming was only to show me love, encourage me and to console me because God did not wish that I will be the party flag bearer as the results of the just concluded PDP primary elections.

I was really excited to hear both of them said that we were friends even before the emergence of politics in our land and irrespective of our political affiliations we are still brothers and friends.

I pray that God in his infinite mercy will grant you all safe journey to your respective destinations and give us long life and health to serve our people and to bring peace and development at the door steps of our people.

In the spirit of sportsmanship and politics, I Hon. Iko Ahmadu, a candidate of the people's Democratic party (PDP), contesting for the position of a member Adamawa State House of Assembly. Having observed the official conduct of the our great party primary elections in preparation for the forthcoming 2023 general elections. Of course the election was free, fair and credible and on this juncture I humbly wish to congratulate my brother Hon. Naphtali Bulus Kantamon whom we have contested along side each other and has by the grace of God emerged the PDP flag bearer (winner) for the forthcoming general election. Indeed God is the only one that gives power, wisdom, wealth, riches and leadership to whomsoever He deem fit . Am wishing our party PDP and his entire campaing team success in the next election.

It is yet another auspicious Easter celebration for the year 2022, I humbly wish to render my unreserved felicitation to all my Christian Brothers and sisters all over the world and much especially my noble constituents (SHELLENG), as they celebrate the dead and resurrection of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ whose illustrious life is permeated with love and sacrifice.

Indeed it is a significant moment for meditation and sober reflections on the life and times of Jesus Christ, his sacrifices and legacies of humility, emphaty, forgiveness, tolerance, love and passion for humanity.

Therefore, beyond this celebration and reflections let the message of selflessness and unconditional love as been preached and demonstrated by Jesus Christ reflect in our lives particularly when our nation is faced with numerous challenges ranging from bad governance, banditry, kidnapping, , incessant killings and other social vices that has bedeviled our dear country.

Again on this vein and based on everything that is happening now we as a people must know that without sacrifice and selfless spirit we can not progress and so development might not be accelerated.

Therefore, we must as a matter of urgency place Shelleng Local Government Area, Adamawa State and Nigeria at large above our individual interest as that would be the bedrock for a new era full of Hope and countless potentials.

In the spirit of love for my people particularly my Muslim brothers and sisters in Shelleng, the Ramadan period for the year 2022 come at the right time where our nation is on the verge of collapsing and needs our earnest and ceaseless prayers.

Therefore, I congratulate you all my people even as you commenced this Holy fasting.
Please I urge you all to remember the following crucial issues in your respective prayers.

1: Peace and Progress in our nation Nigeria, Adamawa and Shelleng LGA
2: FG versus ASSU and any other aggrieved MDAs
3: long life for our traditional, religious and circular leaders
4: Free, fair and credible primaries in the forthcoming general elections
5: Unity and development within Shelleng LGA indigenes.

May Allah accept all our prayers and devotions.

With this sad note I wish to join the host of other friends and family to register and extend my condolences to the family of Baba Gipson Nathaniel over the dead of his close relative Late Mr Hildi Wilson Wanza who was buried today at his home town Boshikiri Village of Guyuk local government area.
Again I want to say a very big thank you to my brothers and friends whom we went together for the condolence greetings.
May the soul of our dear brother rest in peace and may God grant his family the heart to bear this great loose.
