Addressing these issues calls for more than just enforcement, it requires dialogue, informed leadership, community participation, and practical, evidence-based solutions.
The Enugu State Peace & Security Management Course, organised by the Peace Building Development Consult (PBDC), is a 2-day capacity-building programme designed to bring together key stakeholders across government, security agencies, civil society, and local communities.
