*DELTA CENTRAL, ASK THE HARD QUESTIONS!*

As the campaign officially begins, Delta Central should always know those coming to represent us.

The question is simple: *What have they done when they were in position?*

Not what they are promising today. Not another list of beautiful promises. What did they actually achieve when they had the opportunity to serve?

And then we must ask: *What vision again do they have for Delta Central after their failed vision?*

Leadership should be judged by records, results and accountability, not by repeated promises.

This is why *NATHAN ESIRI OSUME,* the NDP Candidate for Delta Central Senatorial District, is offering the people a fresh choice and a new direction.

Delta Central deserves representation built on capacity, accountability, courage, accessibility and a genuine commitment to the people.

Fellow citizens of Aniocha and Oshimili,

Our constituency needs a strong voice in the National Assembly —- a legislator who will show up, speak up, and deliver results our people can feel. That is why I, *Charles Azuka Halim* of the Labour Party, am offering myself to represent you in the House of Representatives in 2027 under the banner of a focused *Rescue Mission*.

As your representative in the National Assembly, my role will be to make laws, influence the federal budget, attract constituency projects, and provide effective oversight so that the needs of Aniocha and Oshimili are no longer overlooked.

*Our Legislative Rescue Mission focuses on four clear priorities:*

*1. Roads & Infrastructure*
I will work to attract federal attention and funding to improve roads linking our towns, markets and villages. Better federal roads and properly executed constituency projects will ease movement of people and goods across Aniocha and Oshimili.

*2. Youth & Education*
I will push for increased federal scholarships, skills acquisition programmes, and educational interventions that give our young people real opportunities at home. Through legislative advocacy and constituency projects, we will expand access to quality education and vocational training.

*3. Healthcare
I will advocate for functional primary healthcare centres closer to our communities. Through the federal budget and relevant legislative interventions, we will work to ensure more clinics are equipped, staffed, and accessible to the people of Aniocha and Oshimili.

*4. Trade & Agriculture
I will stand for policies and federal programmes that support our farmers, traders and small businesses. This includes better market access, agricultural interventions, and an enabling environment that helps local commerce grow and create jobs.

This is not about making promises outside the powers of a legislator. It is about using the platform of the House of Representatives effectively —- through bills, motions, budget advocacy, oversight, and consistent engagement with the people -— to deliver tangible results.

On election day, I ask for your thumbprint.

*WE NOR GO GREE THIS TIME!*

For too long, we have endured hardship, neglect, and empty promises. But this time —- we will not agree again.

Better life is all we ask for.
We must change the narrative —- for ourselves, for our children, and for the unborn generation.

Today, our children live in fear of the unknown.
No jobs. No good roads. No basic social amenities.

Our parents are suffering and dying in frustration and poverty.
Insecurity has become the order of the day.
There are no meaningful projects in our communities.

Funds meant for development are diverted for personal gain.
Our schools are in terrible condition.
Nothing is working.

But together, we can say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

It’s time to rise.
It’s time to take back our future.
It’s time to support a leader who understands the pain of the people and is ready to deliver real change.
