*FRONTLINE MOBILIZERS NETWORK DELTA STATE HOLDS STRATEGIC EMERGENCY MEETING, ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTION AND RESOLUTIONS*
The Frontline Mobilizers Network Delta State (formerly ADC Frontline Mobilizers Network Delta State) wishes to inform the general public, stakeholders, and the good people of Delta State that a high-powered emergency meeting was successfully held on the 9th of May, 2026 in *Asaba, Delta State.*
The meeting, which recorded a massive and unprecedented turnout, had in attendance all 25 Local Government Area Coordinators, their Secretaries, and the full State Executive Council. The strategic session lasted for over five (5) hours, reflecting the urgency and complexity of the current political developments both at the national and state levels.
After extensive deliberations and critical evaluation of the political landscape, far-reaching resolutions were unanimously reached.
Speaking at the meeting, the Director General, Amb. Augustine Uzorma Okolie, emphatically stated:
*“Our structure does not follow trends, neither do we bow to political waves or sentiments. We remain guided by principle, integrity, and the collective interest of the people.”*
*KEY RESOLUTIONS*
1. *Change of Name and Identity*
Following a unanimous decision by all stakeholders present, the group has officially dropped its previous identity and will henceforth be known as:
*Frontline Mobilizers Network Delta State*
This reflects a renewed commitment to independence, neutrality, and strategic flexibility.
2. *Lessons from the 2023 General Elections*
A major factor influencing the decisions of the Network was the careful study and analysis of the 2023 general elections.
It was observed that several candidates who emerged under popular movements, particularly under the Labour platform, failed to meet the expectations of the people. Many of them defected to other political parties within a short period ••• some within just two months of assumption of office and have since failed to deliver meaningful representation to their constituencies.
This development has reinforced the Network’s conviction that party popularity does not equate to candidate credibility or performance.
3. *People-Oriented Political Engagement*
The Network resolved to prioritize competence, credibility, and capacity over party affiliation.
It is evident that good and capable candidates are scattered across different political parties, and as such, the Frontline Mobilizers Network Delta State has adopted a strategic approach to identify, engage, and support these credible individuals one after the other.
4. Strategic Mandate ~~ *“Fishing Out the Best”*
The core mandate moving forward is clear:
To fish out credible, people-oriented candidates across all political platforms and mobilize massive grassroots support to ensure their victory in their respective constituencies.
5. *Open for Strategic Partnerships*
The Network is now fully open to consultations, partnerships, and engagements with aspirants and candidates who possess the right leadership qualities and a genuine commitment to the welfare of the people.
6. *Unmatched Grassroots Structure*
The DG reiterated that the Network boasts a formidable and well-coordinated grassroots structure across all wards and LGAs in Delta State, capable of delivering electoral victory for any serious candidate ~ from Councillorship to the Presidency.
*A DECLARATION OF READINESS*
The Director General further emphasized that:
*“We are ready. This is not business as usual. The era of blind political followership is over. We are deliberate, strategic, and focused on delivering only credible leadership to the people.”*
*UNITY, STRENGTH, AND SOLIDARITY*
The meeting showcased the strength, unity, and unwavering commitment of coordinators and leadership across all 25 LGAs, reinforcing the Network’s position as a dominant grassroots force in Delta State politics.
*CONCLUSION*
The Frontline Mobilizers Network Delta State remains committed to championing good governance, promoting credible leadership, and redefining political engagement in Delta State and beyond.
We call on all well-meaning Nigerians, aspirants, and stakeholders to align with this movement as we chart a new course for purposeful leadership.
Signed:
Mr Emmanuel Okukporo
State Publicity Secretary Frontline Mobilizers Network Delta State
