As it is said that "nothing good comes easy", I understand the stress you are passing through as a result of adjustment of date for our Dear Party's Primary Election. Do not be deterred as I know that the leadership of our great Party is doing everything possible for us to have a smooth Primary Election devoid of legal impediments. Do not be troubled because it will surely end in praises.

I really appreciate your efforts and concern towards moving our Federal Constituency to the next level by standing with me to the end.

Take it to your heart that all your efforts will not be in vain . We are in this together and by the grace of God, it must end in praises to our favor which is , I , Hon. OWELLE ROCHAS OKOROCHA: A LOVER OF EDUCATION AND HUMAN CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT

Realising right from the beginning that Education and learning have direct effects on economic growth, poverty reduction and human development, Dist Senator Owelle Rochas Okorocha, the grand commander of free and qualitative education has continued to invest heavily in human capacity development via education, he has never receded, knowing that education and learning enjoy reciprocal effects with the economic growth.

As a lover of education, he has through his foundation made it his number one priority, not just for Nigerians but Africa has also become his focus. WHY NIGERIANS ALL OVER THE WORLD SHOULD SUPPORT NIGERIA PRESIDENT OF SOUTH EAST EXTRACTION

It is no longer news that the race for the successor of president Buhari come 2023 has commenced. Be that as it may, It has also been confirmed to be the turn of the South East Geo-political zone to produce the next president of Nigeria.

Based on this general believe, The south east zone must therefore look inwards to compare and contrast all the presidential hopefuls or aspirants from the region to find out who amongst them is more qualified to vie for the number 1 seat in Nigeria, who amongst them has the reach from the South, North and west, who amongst them has invested in other regions other than the south east region to attract the sympathy and support of the people from other regions, who amongst has the structures in place to win the election.

It is important to find out who amongst them can speak fluently and understand the language of the other two major ethnic regions of Hausa and Yoruba. Undoubtedly , the person that possesses all these qualities and even more is no other person than His Excellency Distinguished Senator Owelle Rochas Okorocha.

His Excellency Sen. Owelle Rochas Okorocha (OON) has remained people-oriented and, unarguably, patriotic to the Nigerian State. Sen. Rochas Okorocha stands tall amongst equals; and he remains a symbol of peace, unity and progress for a better NIGERIA. Above all, he is a grassroot politician and a known Philanthropist in Nigeria.

No wonder he came second to Late President Yaradua, President Obasanjo and 4th to President Buhari in 2015. As far as Nigeria president of Igbo extraction come 2023 is concerned, Senator Rochas Okorocha stands tall amongst equals and is eminently qualified to vie and win the number one seat in Nigeria come 2023. Senator Rochas Okorocha built his Rochas Foundation Colleges which has offered free and qualitative education to Nigerian children across the various Geo-political zones in Nigeria especially the northern part of Nigeria where he was born and brought up and in the west where he was empowered financially.

It is therefore incumbent on Ndi-Igbo and their Leaders to queue behind Senator Rochas Okorocha to take over the position and remedy the political situation of Ndi Igbo in Nigeria over the years as well as savage the long aged marginalisation of Ndi Igbo in Nigeria. The earlier we do this, the better for us and the time to end these agitations and protest of being marginalised in our country is now.

IMO COMMISSIONER OF POLICE SHOULD MAKE PUBLIC THE REASON FOR THE PURPORTED ARREST OF UGWUMBA UCHE NWOSU

THE PROTRACTED SILENCE IS SUSPICIOUS

It's almost a month since a former governorship candidate in Imo state, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, was abducted in broad daylight during a church service at St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Eziama Obaire by fully masked and heavily armed men in uniform.

Few hours later on that faithful Sunday, precisely 26th December last year, the Imo State Police Command through its Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Mike Abattam, told the world that they were aware and described the abduction to be an arrest.

Today will make it exactly 25 days since that ugly incident took place and up till now, the Police is yet to say a word about what offence he committed or give reason for the purported arrest.

The long silence in making the public know the reason for the supposed arrest of Ugwumba is becoming so suspicious and we suspect a conspiracy.

By law, a suspect should be charged to court within 48 hours of arrest. So, why hasn't the Police charged him to Court yet if he was indeed arrested? What was the reason for the arrest?

The Imo Commissioner of Police should as a matter of urgency disclose to Imo people and the general public the reason for the supposed arrest of Ugwumba Uche Nwosu which we still consider was an abduction.

WHO IS THE MAN SHABA?

The name SHABA has been resonating in the Imo State political space. Yes of course, it is echoed for the wrong reasons.

When you hear SHABA, we mean SP ADAMU SHABA GBOYAKO who is the Chief Security Officer to the Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma and by Extension Imo State Government House.

Before his enrollment into the Nigerian Police Force, SHABA worked with then Nigeria Prisons Service now Nigeria Correctional Service where he did some dirty jobs and was dismissed.

He disguised himself and got enrolled into the Nigerian Police Force. His colleagues at the Correctional Service heard of his entrance into the NPF, petitioned the Nigeria Police Service Commission who setup a panel to investigate him.

It was alleged that over 1 billion Naira was found in his Bank account and the panel indicted him.

The then Inspector General of Police now retired, Ibrahim Kpotun Idris who enrolled him into the Force covered his mess and made him the Es**rt Commander to the IGP. He also made sure the panel's investigation and recommendations didn't see the light of the day.

Shaba Gboyako was promoted from the rank of DSP to SP in January 2021 by the Police Service Commission.

He later got entangled with his new Boss, Governor Hope Uzodimma whom he does shoddy businesses with. The latest foiled kidnap attempt of the former Governorship candidate in the 2019 Election was his making.

SHABA and his shoddy business deals are now well known by Imolites and he does his hatchet job without recourse to the oath he took as a Police officer to protect lives and properties.

What could be the reason for abduction of the former gubernatorial candidate? Our investigation reveals that Gov. Hope Uzodimma feels threatened by the fact that Ugwumba Uche Nwosu was declared by the courts as the rightful candidate of the All Progressives Congress party for which his silence could mean a potent risk to the life of the government.

But what should the government do? The answer could be found in respect to key stakeholders and not embarking on abduction and use of Shaba Gboyako as a tool to cause further disruption of peace and order in the State.

The Inspector General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba should please look into that Panel's report and the recommendations. There are so many "Shaba" in the Nigeria Police Force who are hellbent on destroying the fragile reputation of the Nigeria Police Force and they should be fished out.

Nigerians are watching with keen interest on this matter.

KENNEDY IBEH: THE NAKED DANCE OF AN OVER FED SYCOPHANT.

Since 2019, Rt. Hon. Kennedy Ibeh has been on the news for the wrong reasons due to his Praise and Worship system on every Governor and possible tongue lashing against the person he once praised to please the new Sherif in town.

Get this, Kennedy Ibeh reciting his Praise and Worship anthem to his supposed Benefactor at that time is not the issue but talking down on the personality he once praised to high heavens in a bid to glorify the present is the height of his sycophancy.

For Example, During the build up to the 2019 General Elections in the state, he greeted Imolites and all who cares to listen on how the then Governor Rochas Okorocha has been everything to him both politically and otherwise.

When the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC declared Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha winner of Guber seat, dude switched allegiance and said unprinted things against Okorocha just to garner favour from Ihedioha but that desperation was shortlived with the annulment of the election in favour of Senator Hope Uzodimma.

On the 14 day of January 2020, Senator Hope Uzodimma was declared Governor by the Supreme Court after so many legal battles by the lower courts. The same Kennedy Ibeh tongue lashed Emeka Ihedioha and called him names possibly to be in the good books of the new Governor.

Today, His desperation and sycophancy has paid off as he now enjoys the number 3 citizen of Imo State and by extension the third Speaker of the 9th House. In Igbo, there is an adage that says " Ihe ọbụla a gutara na akụkụ ite n'ala na akụkụ ọnụ" which means that whatever that is gotten from the side of the pot will go from the side of the mouth.

It will go down in history that Kennedy Ibeh will emerge as the worst Speaker Imo State House of Assembly has ever produced judging from his antecedents as it concerns his Praise and Worship style of Legislation. The Legislative arm of Government will now be submitted to the Executive for butchery while his pocket gets bigger to the detriment of Imolites.

IMO STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY SHOULDN'T HELP KILL GOVERNANCE IN THE STATE WITH THE EXECUTIVE ARM.

In Nigeria, the sacred book we act upon as our guide as a Nation called the Nigeria CONSTITUTION made provisions for 3 arms of the Government. They are the Executive, Legislature and the Judiciary. They all have their separate duties where one checks on the other to ensure the citizens get good governance. They also have their roles and obligations to balance power and bring peace and progress to every Government.

In Imo state, the Legislative arm of Government is not active. They have sold their rights and respect to the Executive. They can't call the governor to order to do what is right before the law.

With what is happening in Imo State, one need to ask what the Representatives of the various LGAs are really doing. What can one expect from members of House of Assembly who are begging for peanuts from the Governor if not poor performance. The Legislative arm of the Government is supposed to curtail the excesses of the Executive in an organized society but here in Imo state, we see the opposite.

The generality of Imo people would prefer scrapping of the House Of Assembly because corruption and sycophancy has defeated their constitutional mandate. They are better described as the proverbial toothless bulldogs which doesn't bite or bark. Sadly, they know not shame and have brazenly and shamelessly continued to abandon their duty while chasing after crumbs from the Governor's table.

The Imo house of Assembly should wake up from their slumber and dispense their duties Honourably unless they want us to believe they are dishonorable members.

CALL ON THE GOVERNMENT OF IMO STATE TO TOE THE PATH OF DEMOCRACY AS POLITICAL WITCH-HUNTING AND VICTIMIZATION, POISONS OUR DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY.

There is no easy part to democracy, men and women who want to toe the paths of honour painstakingly keep the democratic tenace irrespective of their personal grudges, enmity , hatred, political affiliations and schools of thought. The central tendency of any action should be in accordance with the laws that govern democracy as anything against this position would amount to arbitrariness which will torpedo the process of good governance.

The scenario as witnessed in Imo State has the capacity to drive away investors, trigger fear amongst businesses, create unemployment and set a government in a bad light.

It is often said that in politics, there is no permanent friend nor enemy, but sadly, Imo State Politicians are doing otherwise. The act of destroying property built with public money as a revenge or payback is undemocratic, insensitivity, born out of political witch-hunting not against an opponent but against the state. We therefore condemn every modicum of this mundane action which does not show maturity, patriotism or the quality of a good and well trained leader.

Truly leaders are advocates of good management of state meagre resources. A leader who is reckless in spending, with poor planning and ex*****on will definitely crash the economy of the state and without prejudice, Imo State under the present administration has been reckless in managing state resources and without mincing words, bankruptcy is on the way.

How did we come to this conclusion? The happenings in Imo State under senator Hope Uzodimma, governor of Imo State are drawing both local and international attentions: the demolition of three round about without instant plans of replacing them, staggered, half and none payment of Salaries, constant borrowing, of which, in the last five months, it is in the news that the state has borrowed close to nine billion naira. War against businesses perceived to belong to political opponents and unlawful approach of taking over property.

Every state with good intentions for her people would rather encourage private investors through provision of land and enabling laws to help them thrive. That's the only viable way of combatting unemployment. State Governments all over the country give out lands to NGOs and other humanitarian organizations to develop without plans of being revoked by subsisting Government.

On the issue of building on public or state owned land, we would rather advise the governor to call for ratification, proper acquisition and documentation of the said pieces of land if not previously done accordingly. Every business in the state is bound to help the state combat crime, resttiveness, unemployment and hunger. Fighting against those businesses will create fear amongst investors because of inconsistency of government in allocation of lands as they will think that incoming Government might revoke a piece of land allocation to them for investment.

We therefore call on government of Imo State to shy away from violence against investors and pursue cases within the ambits of the law and democratic tenace irrespective of who is involved and allow a place for empathy.

IS SENATOR HOPE UZODINMA A WILLING TOOL TO DISTABLISE THE SOUTH EAST REGION FOR SELFISH POLITICAL GAINS?

An Igbo adage says "It is the rat at home that tells the one in the bush that there is fish in the basket". It is no longer news that in every generation in Igbo people's history, saboteurs arise to truncate the federal aspirations of the entire region. The big question is, has the governor of Imo State taken that old ugly seat of sabotaging the aspirations of the South East to produce the president of Nigeria?

Every concerned Igbo man should rise to condemn the statement credited to governor Hope Uzodimma, the governor of Imo state where he was quoted that he was not in support of Zoning of the seat of the president of Nigeria is rather unfortunate.

This gory statement should be totally expunged and seen as abominable because it does not portray a goodwill for the Igbo people in general.

The big question is, did the Northerners make such a statement when they were desperately yearning to produce the president? The answer is NO. There is no need trying to be politically correct or to be clapped for by willing buyers of destiny. Sen. Hope should avoid being bought over by those who don't like our good as a people, those who have ganged up clandestinely against the Igbo.

Mr Governor, it is better you move out of the way for people who have good ambition for the Igbo and never allow yourself to be used or go into political allegiance to discredit our dear sons who have the capacity to run for the post of Nigerian president.

Owelle Anayo Rochas Okorocha and other well meaning Igbo brothers are eminently qualified and at this time everyTom, Dick and Harry is clamoring for President from the South East, you (Sen. Hope Uzodimma) shouldn't be the sabotage instrument. A word is enough for the wise.

You may say you don't clamour for South East president but president of South East Extraction, but to condemn zoning when you know that it's the turn of South East region, to complete the cycle is self defeating.

If we want people with military background like President Buhari, South East has abundant People of impeccable characters. If you want them in academia, South East is the bastion, and for technocrats and diplomats, we are not found wanting. Your attempt to rely on political correctness is rather an aberration because it gives you out as an emerging saboteur of the 21st century, very despicable in Igbo culture.
