The Federal Character Commission Chairman received the Deputy Governor of Ondo State, H.E Dr. Olayide Owolabi Adelami, in Abuja for a technical engagement on the practical application of federal character principles within contemporary governance systems.

The session examined how institutional decisions around appointments, access, and resource distribution can be better structured to reflect balance, fairness, and national diversity without weakening efficiency or performance in public service delivery.

Attention was also given to strengthening working relationships between federal and state actors in translating constitutional intent into operational realities that are consistent, transparent, and measurable across sectors.
