Hon. Angulu Zakari was born in 1971 in Dobi, Gwagwalada Local Government Area of Abuja. He is a politician and once represents Kuje, Abaji, Gwagwalada, and Kwali Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives, Abuja.

Sen. Zakari Angulu Dobi, has been appointed as the Chairman, FCT NCA'23 by the National Chairman of SWAGA, Senator Dayo Adeyeye through the Chairman of NCA'23, Alhaji Ibrahim Raji. The Chairman described the Sen. as the best man for the Job judging by his experience as a detribalised Administrator and seasoned Politician. In attendance was Hon.
