Just to inform you, that the payment of gratuities for retired Civil Servants of Ebonyi State, from 2022 to 2023 AND mop-up (those who were not paid) for the initial payment exercise (1996 to 2021) has reached the penultimate stage, today.

I can reliably inform you, that as at close of work today, May 8, 2024, a total number of 489 retirees have been paid for this second trench. The total sum of gratuity paid from April 30, 2024 till today is N1,361,411,669.50kobo.

The payment will be concluded tomorrow.

His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru is not reneging on his promise of ensuring that gratuities of retirees are paid on the actual date of retirement. This will then set the pension of the retiree in motion.

He has availed the committee all needed arsenals to prosecute these payments accordingly. In no distant time, the committee will catch up with retirees of 2024 and it will flow effortlessly.

It can only be possible when you have a leader who SERVES in every sense of the word.

On behalf of the leadership and the entire members of the FON YOUTH movement, we heartily write to congratulate the brand new 4th Executive Governor of our dear State, His Excellency Rt, Hon.Builder.Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru and his wife, the First Lady of the State, Her Excellency, Chief Mrs. Maudaline Uzoamaka Ogbonna Nwifuru, the Deputy Governor, Her Excellency Princess Patricia Onyemachi Obila & All APC families in Ebonyi state on our well deserved victory on the just concluded election petition tribunal sitting in Abuja.

Your Excellency Sir,
This triumph victory is evidence that you came on the platform of Divine mandate.
And, we are very proud of your leadership tenacity, dexterity, prowess and are strongly convinced that you would deliver the mandate entrusted to you by the Ebonyians during the General election.
His Excellency Sir, Let me assure you highly that Ebonyi Youths are ever ready to work harmoniously with your Government so that we can collectively transform the state into that future our forefathers have envisioned for this state.

I also extend my heartfelt congratulations to all Ebonyians for toering in a rightful part during the March 11 General election.
I'm not skeptical that Ebonyians will get a good deal during this administration and that will bring shame to those who have not believed in us.
Your Excellency sir, as we Thank God for the victory he has given us at the tribunal.
We also commend you highly for your diligence & doggedness to bring victory for the future well-being of our dear state.

*Congratulatory message on your 100 days in office.*

*Your excellencies; Rt. Hon. Chief Francis Ogbonnaya Nwifuru and your dear wife chief Mrs. Maudlin Uzoamaka Nwifuru!*

It is indeed a remarkable day because despite many challenges and distractions from those who detests good things, you were are able to go this far.

Firstly, You started with dedication of your office and the position to God which is a quality of a gratitude fellow. You appointed the very best players in this government from all corners of the state to anchor a transparent, accountable, human capital development, infrastructure and poverty alleviated oriented leadership which is a square peg in a square hole. We are confidence Ebonyi State is in safest of hand and with this before 2031, this state will be a tourist attractions of the federation. Other achievements are;
*1. Massive employment of over 2,500 Ebonyians*
*2. Salary increment of 10,000 to all the civil servants.*
*3. Payments of promotion arias to all that are due as from the previous administrations*
*4. Payments of arias of staff of Ebonyi State University which accumulated to #700,000,000(seven hundred million naira)*
*5. Awarding of roads across 11 LG roads*
*6. Restoration of Ezillo water scheme/pipe borne water etc.*

You categorically said that you'll not celebrate this 100 day in office because the urge and charisma to develop, empower and move forward the state infrastructure wise is still not met to your test but honestly you've done well the people's governor.

Hon. Chief Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State on this auspicious marking of 100 excellent performance days in office.

Your Excellency, your 100 days in piloting the affairs of governance of the State has set the record very straight that you came prepared and well equipped to address and proffer lasting solutions to the needs and yearnings of the people as chronologically chronicled in your Divine Mandate Campaign manifesto cristally christened "People's Charter of Needs"

Your conspicuous and enormous landmark achievements, resilience and firm determination in delivering quality leadership and good governance to all Ebonyians irrespective of political/ideological differences is an apparent proof of selflessness and readiness to take Ebonyi State to an Eldorado.

Within these few days in office, appointments and empowerments have no matching records in the State, the Civil Servants now sing a new song and numerous Infrastructural/developmental projects in the State have received your Executive approvals.

Indeed, Your Excellency, your first 100 days in the saddle has resuscitated the hopes and aspirations of despondent Ebonyians and restored the confidence of assured good dividends of democracy to all Ebonyians at large.

Tuesday, 31st January, 2023 was eventful and epochal at Ezillo as the Ebonyi State Consolidation and Continuity Campaign team landed and staged in Ishielu LGA (the gateway LGA) in furtherance of the ongoing Ebonyi State wide APC Campaign Rallies.

The foremost and most supportive group for FON (FON YOUTH MOVEMENT) ably led by the vibrant National President, Comrd. Chinedu Emenike (CEO, ENTER SPARKLING) massively thronged out in their numbers and densely dominated the arena in solidarity to their Principal, the gubernatorial candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and Honourable Speaker, Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru (FON).

The incoming Governor, FON who was much elated for the mass turn out of the good people of Ishielu LGA, expressed his satisfaction for the crowd on ground which he said was a clear indication of the total acceptance of his gubernatorial candidature and that of all other APC candidates by the entire electorate of the Council Area and registered his optimism that they (Ishielu electorate) are civic ready to give them 💯% votes in the forthcoming general elections.

While outlining the benefits acrueable to Ishielu LGA for voting him, he promised to revive the age-long moribund Nigeria Cement Industry ( Niger Cem), mechanize Agriculture in the area embark on Man-power trainings for vocational skills acquisitions which shall all be tailored towards creating job opportunities and empowerments for the youths and indigenes of the Council Area.
Furthermore, he informed that his regime shall run all inclusive administration as their sons and daughters shall be part and parcel of his government.

Indeed, Ishielu LGA was totally shutdown and Ezillo agog in solidarity to FON 4 Governor, 2023.

FON YOUTH MOVEMENT is the foremost organization that incubated, hatched, breeds and champions the gubernatorial candidature of our Boss and Principal, the Hon. Speaker, EBHA, Rt. Hon. (Chief) Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru (FON) in the forthcoming guber election on Saturday, 11 March, 2023.

FON Youth Movement is not just a Support Group as it performs beyond such obligation in ensuring a Sure-beat and landslide Victory for FON in all the electoral Wards and Polling Units across the State.

Going by the task of leaving no stone unturned in delivering our Principal, all FON Youth Movement members are the foot soldiers in all the Polling Units to make this clear vision come through.

May we be reminded that "Onye ruo, orie" is not just a chorus slogan but a standard and yardstick for the appraisal and appreciation of individual contributions to the course of the Movement.
