Bag2School 3.0-A joint project between Yayasan Kelab Kelab Rotary Malaysia(YKKRM) with Rotary Clubs from District3300 & 3310.

Rotary Club of Tawau Tanjung successfully distributed all school bags to 5 schools in Tawau area - SJK(c) Phui Yuk, Tzu Chi Learning Center, SJK(c) Chung Hwa, SJK(c) Kuok Ming & SJK(c) Yuk Chin. In return, we earned 312 smiles from the students.

During the Medical Outreach 2.0 event, we conducted free eye screenings to help residents better understand their vision condition, including whether they are nearsighted or farsighted.

For those diagnosed with myopia or hyperopia, we also committed to providing free prescription glasses to improve their vision and daily comfort.

We are pleased to share that on 18 November 2025, all the free glasses were successfully handed over and distributed to the residents! 👏

湖丹絨扶輪社聯辦大型義診服務

約250無國籍人士受惠

斗湖 17 日訊｜ 為關懷弱勢群體、促進社區健康，斗湖丹絨扶輪社（Rotary Club of Tawau Tanjung）、慈濟基金會斗湖聯絡處（Taiwan Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation, Tawau Branch）以及斗湖區公眾衛生門診部（Klinik Kesihatan Tawau ）於 2025 年 10 月 12 日攜手舉辦了一場大型義診服務活動，為當地無國籍人士提供眼睛檢查、牙醫治療及身體健康檢查，門診等多項服務。

活動當天，慈濟志工，熱心義工與醫療團隊的協助下順利展開，共有約 250 名無國籍人士受惠。活動現場氣氛溫馨，醫護人員耐心為受檢者進行詳細的健康評估，並提供必要的健康咨詢與後續建議。

扶輪社社長鄧光宏表示，此次合作體現了「Unite for Good（團結行善）」的精神，希望通過醫療關懷行動，讓更多社會邊緣群體感受到溫暖與尊重。慈濟基金會斗湖聯絡處負責人則指出，健康是基本人權，無論身份與背景，人人都應享有獲得醫療服務的機會。

此次活動獲得 斗湖區公眾衛生門診部醫護團隊的專業協助，確保現場醫療服務順利且安全進行。此外，主辦方也感謝 Robert.T 1994 Optical Sdn Bhd 的熱心參與，不僅負責為受檢者進行詳細的視力檢查，更免費提供配鏡服務，讓許多有視力問題的受惠者重見清晰的世界。

同時，也特別感謝本社前社長，藍正原醫生帶領的牙醫專業團隊，在當天負責提供牙齒檢查與治療服務。他們以專業與耐心，為社區弱勢族群帶來健康與笑容。

該活動籌委主任王殿祥醫生及主辦相關單位再次感謝所有醫護人員、志工及社會大眾的支持與參與，並呼籲更多社會團體攜手合作，共同推動人道關懷與社區健康的發展。

🌟 Rotary Club of Tawau Tanjung Installation Night 2025 🌟

The Rotary Club of Tawau Tanjung proudly held our Installation Night on 19 July 2025.

The evening was filled with fellowship, inspiration, and celebration as members and guests gathered to witness the installation of our new Board of Directors and President for the Rotary Year 2025–2026.

Highlights of the night included:

✨Official installation of incoming president and directors
