SCHOOL HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES @ PUSTAKA SIBU

SIBU, 29 August 2026 - A total of 20 enthusiastic children had a wonderful time making their very own homemade chocolate freckles today!

A heartfelt thank you to Mr Nelson and Cik Alia from Recca Cake House for joining us and guiding the children throughout the activity. Your time, patience and guidance made the session extra special. ❤️

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to all our wonderful young participants for bringing so much excitement, energy and smiles to today’s activity. 🥰

It was truly a fun, creative and sweet experience filled with learning, laughter and delicious chocolate treats! 🍫✨

KUALITI UDARA SARAWAK MEROSOT, 1 IPU SANGAT TIDAK SIHAT, 8 TIDAK SIHAT

KUCHING, 29 Ogos – Kualiti udara di Sri Aman mencatatkan IPU paling tinggi setakat pukul 8:00 pagi ini.

Berdasarkan kemaskini Sistem Pengurusan Indeks Pencemaran Udara, IPU di portal Jabatan Alam Sekitar, kualiti udara berada pada paras Sangat Tidak Sihat dengan bacaan 222.

Lapan kawasan p**a merekodkan bacaan IPU pada tahap Tidak Sihat.

Serian mencatat bacaan 193 diikuti Sarikei 188, Kuching 169, Sibu 160, Bintulu 151, Samarahan 168, Kapit 153 dan Mukah 164.

Kualiti udara di tiga kawasan lain berada pada paras Sederhana dengan bacaan IPU dibawah 100.

Explore exciting themed spaces, including Story Space, Writer Space, Artistic Space, Gastro Space, Game Space, Reading Seeds Space, Lestari Space, MyHero Space, Market Space, Performance Space, and Fauna Space, each offering hands-on activities and experiences for children. The festival celebrates reading, creativity, culture, innovation, and lifelong learning through interactive workshops, performances, exhibitions, and engaging activities throughout the two-day event.

Planning to participate in the festival activities?
To enjoy a smoother registration process, visitors are encouraged to register as a Pustaka Negeri Sarawak member before the festival. Membership is free and provides access to a wide range of library resources, services, and priority registration for selected future programmes and events.
