Saora Industries, founded in March 2013 and launched in 2014, is a social enterprise inspired by the dire need of clean and safe drinking water for the masses in rural and marginalized communities. Modern panels are designed to maximize energy capture even in low-light conditions. 🌞🔋

That's why green energy is the most efficient way to ensure marginalized & rural communities have a continuous supply of electricity.

Our initiatives have expanded to include hygienic programs such as WASH and socioeconomic initiatives like the Back To Society Program for former inmates.

This vision was conceived by our CEO, Ganesh Muren, who witnessed firsthand the severe challenges faced by these communities.

Over a decade later, we have positively impacted countless lives, thanks to ongoing partnerships with organizations that share our commitment.

It all began with one individual's deep care and willingness to invest in practical solutions.

💡Throwback to a Mission of Impact

Location: Kampung Orang Asli Ganggai, Perak 📍

For too long, villagers struggled with limited access to safe drinking water. The daily trek for clean water was not just inconvenient; it was a health risk.

Together with SIROM, we tapped into a local water source with minimal groundwork, installing a solar-powered water filter that ensured clean, safe drinking water for the entire community.

It's unthinkable to drink unsafe water 😣

Millions suffer from the widespread issue of unsafe water, which is both heartbreaking and preventable..

Take the Orang Asli communities, who were once forced to drink untreated water, leading to potentially fatal water-borne diseases.

Now, through the collaborative efforts of CSR leaders and Saoraplus, these communities enjoy better access to safe and clean water, greatly enhancing their health and quality of life.
