Calf Feeding & Milking Activities: 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. The afternoon milking is slightly earlier to enable the farm visitors to observe the milking process. Whereas milk processing are on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. DESA Fresh Milk is especially nutritious and is naturally a good provider of a whole range of nutrients essential to growth, development and maintenance of the human body and contains no artificial preservatives or colourings. Desa Fresh Milk therefore makes a significant contribution to the human diet through provision of the macro-nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Strict hygiene condition is observed starting from the milking process with proper cleaning of cow's udder. The milk is immediately chilled through a Plate Exchanger (PHE) and sent for processing via cooling stainless steel pipes, eliminating human contact - thus adhering to high standard of hygiene.
