πŸ“Œ Successfully Concluded: Skim Latihan Penyelia Perkhidmatan Makanan (SLPPM) Siri 1

The 2-day SLPPM programme, held on 9–10 June 2026 at the National Centre for Food Safety (NCFS), Sepang, has successfully concluded.

Throughout the programme, participants enhanced their knowledge and competencies in food safety legislation, food hygiene requirements, pest control, food safety supervision, and compliance practices. The training also featured practical simulations and hands-on activities designed to strengthen the role of Food Service Premises Supervisors in ensuring safe and hygienic food handling practices.

Congratulations to all participants for their commitment, active participation, and successful completion of the programme. We look forward to continuing our collaborative efforts in promoting a stronger food safety culture and safeguarding public health.

The Prerequisite Program (PRP) of HACCP Training & Hands-On held from 5–7 May 2026 at Sama-Sama Hotel, KLIA has been successfully concluded.

Over the 3-day programme, participants gained comprehensive insights into PRP implementation (GAP, GMP & GHP), supported by interactive sessions, hands-on exercises, and real-case discussions. The programme was further enriched with an industry plant visit to Brahim’s Food Services Sdn Bhd, KLIA, providing valuable exposure to actual food safety practices in operation.

Our sincere appreciation to all speakers, participants, and industry partners for their commitment and active engagement in making this programme a success.
