Dan boleh selesaikan bayaran terakhir setelah saya maklumkan barang tiba di pelabuhan. Kami berhak untuk cancel pembelian anda jika anda tidak mematuhi etika pembayaran installment. Sila pastikan anda byr setiap bulan selepas gaji. Jika ada masalah sila whatsapp untuk diskus. Bagi yang full payment, no problem. SHIPPING: Barang akan di hantar dari warehouse UK pada setiap minggu pertama/kedua di setiap bulan. Estimate arrival time ETA barang smpai pada anda dlm 10 weeks setelah barang di hantar ke pelabuhan. Kami juga menawarkan FAST POSTAGE through airfreight. Boleh discuss dengan admin untuk maklumat lanjut. POINT OF COLLECTION:
We provide our own runner service (trustable) or poslaju service (outside Klang valley). Self collection only possible for big items (carseat/fridge/bed etc).. All price quoted in IG is up till our warehouse in Malaysia. Anda boleh pilih delivery by our runner / courier service (Poslaju) for extra charge.. Kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas kerosakan oleh courier service di Malaysia terutama bagi barang Fragile. Kami sarankan untuk anda guna khidmat runner kami, dipercayai dan barang anda juga akan selamat sampai. Setelah barang sampai di warehouse kami, anda harus clearkan baki secepat yang mungkin iaitu tidak lebih dari 14 hari setelah “Notifications of Arrival” diberi. Selepas 14 hari tersebut, akan menyebabkan anda dicharge storage fee (RM2/day/item) atau jika terlalu lama kami berhak melelong barang anda dan maaf, duit anda tidak dapat dikembalikan.


5. REFUND/EXCHANGE

REFUND is allowed only for issues of authenticity provided that the goods are returned as it was delivered and not damaged or compromised in any manner. Will only be entertained if the complaint is made WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving the item.
