KUIMB’s Chairman’s Dialogue Series on 18 June 2025 was a resounding success! Held at Sofitel Kuala Lumpur, the event featured an engaging and thought-provoking session with Tan Sri Dr. Rebecca Fatima Sta Maria, recently appointed Pro Chancellor of Sunway University and former Executive Director of the APEC Secretariat.

KUIMB’s 15th Annual General Meeting | 18 June 2025

On 18 June 2025, Koperasi Usahawan Inklusif Malaysia Berhad (KUIMB) successfully held its 15th Annual General Meeting, marking a significant milestone in our journey towards inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurship.

At this year’s AGM, members unanimously approved a 6% dividend, reflecting the Cooperative’s consistent growth and strong financial performance. This achievement is a testament to the unwavering dedication of our Board, members, and partners who continue to drive KUIMB forward.

The AGM also saw the election of three new Board members, signalling a new chapter of leadership. As we welcome fresh perspectives and renewed energy, we also take this moment to express our deepest gratitude to the outgoing Board members who have paved the way with dedication and heart.

Mr. ST Rubaneswaran (also our Cooperative Secretary), Mr. Divesh Navinchandra Sheth, Mr. Girish Ramachandran, and Dr. Ts. Manivannan Rethinam have given generously of their time, expertise, and resources to build a stronger KUIMB. Their visionary leadership has put the Cooperative on firm footing, positioning us for continued impact and innovation.

As we move ahead, KUIMB remains committed to empowering entrepreneurs, fostering inclusivity, and growing together with our members and stakeholders.

Tan Sri Ir. Kuna is the Co-Founder and Executive Vice Chairman of HSS Engineers Berhad (HEB Group), Malaysia's largest engineering consultancy and the first to be listed on Bursa Malaysia. Under his visionary leadership, HEB has spearheaded iconic projects such as the KL International Airport, North-South Expressway, and the MRT. His efforts have also extended HEB’s reach internationally, establishing a strong presence in India and the Middle East.
