1,200 KM for Better Sterilization in Borneo

Some installations are more than just delivering equipment — they are about going the extra mile to support our customers.

Our DenEast team recently travelled by road a total of 1,200 km round trip through Borneo to deliver, commission and provide comprehensive user training for a MELAG Vacuclave 123 at a rural government district dental polyclinic.

Now, this busy 3-surgery dental clinic is equipped with a latest-generation Made in Germany Class B vacuum autoclave, providing reliable and efficient sterilization for their busy daily clinical operations.

With its 23-litre chamber capacity, the Vacuclave 123 offers the clinic greater flexibility and throughput, helping the team cope with the sterilization demands of a busy practice. From instruments used for routine treatments to more complex procedures, having a durable and dependable Class B sterilizer helps support a safer, smoother and more efficient workflow.

Beyond installation, our commitment goes further. Our team carried out commissioning, operational checks and hands-on user training, ensuring the dental team is confident in using the equipment and getting the most out of their new sterilization system.

We’re delighted to share the successful installation of the MELAG Vacuclave 105 at a GP medical clinic in Borneo, Malaysia
