On 24 November, the Terengganu State Government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Malaysia Rail Link (MRL), marking a significant step in advancing Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) along the ECRL corridor in Terengganu.

Nearly 600 acres of state land have been identified for phased development, with site-clearing works already underway in Chukai, Kemasik, and Dungunโ€”reflecting our commitment to move from planning to real implementation.

With strong support from the Federal Government and growing investor interest, this initiative is set to unlock new economic opportunities, create jobs, and enhance mobility for the people of Terengganu.
