The session focused on understanding the current state of the E&E backend industry, including key structural challenges affecting productivity, value creation, talent, technology, and ecosystem readiness. The discussion also served to validate the study findings through industry and stakeholder feedback.

The recommendations will be refined based on today’s inputs and consolidated for EEPN endorsement. The next phase will focus on aligning policy, talent, and technology interventions to improve productivity and support the E&E backend industry’s progression towards higher value-added activities.
