เอกอัครราชทูตฯ และคณะฯ เยี่ยมชมพื้นที่จัดแสดงด้านการเกษตรและพืชผล การประมง ปศุสัตว์และสัตว์เลี้ยง โดยมี Dato’ Adnan bin Hussain อธิบดีกรมประมงมาเลเซีย (DOF Malaysia) และ Datuk Dr. Mohd Noor Hisham bin Mohd Haron อธิบดีกรมสัตวแพทย์บริการมาเลเซีย (Jabatan Perkhidmatan Veterinar) ให้การต้อนรับและนำเยี่ยมชมพื้นที่ฯ พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล องค์ความรู้ และแนวทางส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านการเกษตรระหว่างไทย - มาเลเซีย นอกจากนี้ คณะฯ ยังได้สำรวจการจัดจำหน่ายผลไม้ไทยภายในงานฯ รวมทั้งเยี่ยมชมบูธแสดงสินค้าของผู้ประกอบการไทยราย บริษัท ชีวาดี โปรดักส์ จำกัด ซึ่งจัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์จากน้ำตาลดอกมะพร้าวและอาหารแปรรูปออแกนิค

โอกาสนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้เป็นเจ้าภาพอาหารกลางวันปลัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และคณะ พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความร่วมมือด้านการเกษตรและปศุสัตว์ไทย - มาเลเซีย โดยเฉพาะการแก้ไขปัญหาสินค้าประมง (ปลากะพงและกุ้ง 5 สายพันธุ์) การผลักดันการส่งออกสินค้าเกษตร ปศุสัตว์ และอาหารไทยมายังมาเลเซีย และการรักษามาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยทางอาหาร ฯลฯ เป็นต้น ย้ำความพร้อมของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ในการประสานและร่วมมือกับกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์เพื่อสนับสนุนการขยายตลาดสินค้าเกษตรและปศุสัตว์ไทยในมาเลเซีย ซึ่งจะช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของเกษตรกรและผู้ประกอบการไทยในภาพรวม

*Ambassador joined the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and the Thai Delegation to the Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture and Agrotourism Show (MAHA) 2026*

On 4 September 2026, Her Excellency Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, joined the Thai delegation, led by Mr. Vinaroj Supsongsuk, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, on a visit to the Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture and Agrotourism Show (MAHA) 2026 under the theme “Value Creation for Food Security”, organised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS) of Malaysia from 28 August to 6 September 2026 at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS), Selangor, upon the invitation of YB Datuk Seri Haji Mohamad bin Sabu, MAFS Minister of Malaysia. The Thai delegation was warmly welcomed by Datuk Seri Isham bin Ishak, Secretary General of MAFS.

During the visit, the Ambassador and the Thai delegation toured exhibition areas showcasing agricultural products and crops, fisheries, livestock and pets, and were welcomed and accompanied by Dato’ Adnan bin Hussain, Director-General of the Department of Fisheries Malaysia, and Datuk Dr. Mohd Noor Hisham bin Mohd Haron, Director-General of the Department of Veterinary Services Malaysia. The visit provided an opportunity for both sides to exchange information and expertise, as well as discuss ways to further promoting bilateral cooperation in the agricultural sector. The delegation also explored the sales of Thai fruits at the exhibition and visited the booth of Chiwadi Products Co., Ltd., a Thai company showcasing products made from coconut blossom sugar and organic processed foods.

On this occasion, the Ambassador hosted a luncheon for the Permanent Secretary and the Thai delegation, during which views and information were exchanged on Thailand – Malaysia cooperation in agriculture and livestock sector, including efforts to address issues concerning fisheries products (Asian seabass and five shrimp species); promote the export of Thai agricultural, livestock and food products to Malaysia; and maintain food safety standards and measures, among others. The Ambassador reaffirmed the Royal Thai Embassy’s readiness to coordinate closely and work together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in supporting the expansion of Thai agricultural and livestock products in the Malaysian market, which will help support the livelihoods and overall well-being of Thai farmers and entrepreneurs.

วันที่ 4 - 5 กันยายน 2569 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ โดยฝ่ายกงสุล จัดโครงการกงสุลสัญจร ครั้งที่ 6/2569 ณ โรงแรม Marriot เมืองโกตากีนาบาลู รัฐซาบาห์ มีอาสาสมัครไทย (อสม.) และคนไทยในเมืองโกตากีนาบาลู รวมถึงพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง เข้ารับบริการด้านการกงสุล ได้แก่ การทำหนังสือเดินทาง การออกใบสูติบัตร นิติกรณ์เอกสาร และขอรับคำปรึกษาด้านงานกงสุล

วันที่ 4 กันยายน 2569 คณะเจ้าหน้าที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ นำโดยนางสาวสุทธาทิพย์ กล่ำทวี เลขานุการโท ได้พบปะอดีต อสม. ที่ร้านอาหาร Nok Thai และแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสภาพความเป็นอยู่ของคนไทย รวมถึงข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับชุมชนไทยและสถานที่สำคัญทางศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมในพื้นที่

โอกาสเดียวกันนี้ คณะฯ อสม. และคนไทยที่มาใช้บริการกงสุลได้ร่วมกันประดิษฐ์ดอกไม้จันทน์ เพื่อใช้ในงานพระราชพิธีถวายพระเพลิงพระบรมศพ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ซึ่งกำหนดจัดขึ้นในเดือนธันวาคม 2569 สะท้อนถึงความสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณ ความอาลัย และความเคารพ ตลอดจนเปิดโอกาสให้คนไทยได้ร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการบำเพ็ญกุศล และแสดงออกถึงความรัก ความผูกพัน และความสามัคคีของชุมชนไทย

*The Royal Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur Organizes Mobile Consular Services in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah*

On 4–5 September 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, through its Consular Section, organized its sixth Mobile Consular Services mission of fiscal year 2026 at the Marriott Hotel, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Thai volunteers and Thai nationals residing in Kota Kinabalu and surrounding areas received a range of consular services, including passport service, birth certificate issuance, document legalization, and consultations on consular matters.

On 4 September, the Embassy’s delegation led by Ms. Sutthathip Klamthawee, Second Secretary, met with former Thai volunteers at Nok Thai Restaurant. The delegation exchanged information and views on the living conditions of Thai nationals in the area, as well as the Thai community and significant religious and cultural sites in Sabah.

On 5 September, the Embassy’s delegation met over lunch with Thai volunteers, Thai business operators, and Thai nationals attending the Mobile Consular Services. The gathering provided an opportunity to exchange views and experiences on various aspects of conducting business, as well as perspectives on living and working in the area.

On the same occasion, the Embassy’s delegation, Thai volunteers, and Thai nationals attending the Mobile Consular Services joined together in crafting sandalwood flowers for use in the Royal Cremation Ceremony of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother, scheduled to be held in December 2026. The activity reflected their profound gratitude for Her Majesty’s benevolence, as well as their mourning and reverence, while providing Thai nationals with an opportunity to participate in this meritorious activity and express their love, attachment, and solidarity as members of the Thai community.

The Royal Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur has successfully completed all planned Mobile Consular Services missions for fiscal year 2026, covering Sarawak, Pahang, Perak, Melaka, and Johor. The Embassy extends its sincere appreciation to the Thai volunteers and Thai nationals in these areas for their kind support and cooperation, which contributed greatly to the successful and effective implementation of the missions.

วันที่ 7 กันยายน 2569 เอกอัครราชทูตฯ เข้าร่วมการหารือข้อราชการในช่วงอาหารกลางวัน (Working Lunch) ระหว่างรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศกับ Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Haji Hasan รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศมาเลเซีย สองฝ่าย
ติดตามความคืบหน้าภายหลังการเยือนมาเลเซียอย่างเป็นทางการของนายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรีระหว่างวันที่ 9 - 10 กรกฎาคม 2569 โดยเห็นพ้องเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือด้านความมั่นคงและการพัฒนาพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย - มาเลเซีย ตลอดจนการเชื่อมโยงในมิติต่าง ๆ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชน ผ่านกลไกทวิภาคีอย่างมีบูรณาการ รวมทั้งหารือเกี่ยวกับการพูดคุยสันติสุขจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ซึ่งมาเลเซียเป็นผู้อำนวยความสะดวก และความสำคัญของการสร้างบรรยากาศที่เอื้อต่อการเดินหน้าการพูดคุยฯ

*Ambassador welcomed the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand on his visit to Malaysia*

On 6 - 7 September 2026, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, welcomed H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, and his delegation on the occasion of his Working Visit to Malaysia.

On 7 September 2026, the Ambassador attended the Working Lunch between the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and H.E. Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Haji Hasan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia. Both sides followed up on progress made following the Official Visit to Malaysia by H.E. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister of Thailand, during 9 - 10 July 2026. They agreed to strengthen cooperation on security and the development of the Thailand - Malaysia border areas, as well as connectivity in various dimensions, with a view to improving the quality of life of people in the border areas through more integrated use of existing bilateral mechanisms. The two sides also discussed the Peace Dialogue in Thailand’s Southern Border Provinces, in which Malaysia serves as Facilitator, and underscored the importance of fostering an environment conducive to advancing the Peace Dialogue.

The Ambassador also attended the meeting between the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Raja Dato’ Nushirwan Zainal Abidin, Director-General of the National Security Council of Malaysia. Both sides agreed to strengthen cooperation on the development and security of the Thailand - Malaysia border areas, particularly through intelligence sharing and coordination concerning the construction of security fencing along the border, among other measures, to prevent transnational crime. They also discussed cooperation in promoting a sustainable Peace Dialogue.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs will co-chair with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia the 16th Meeting of the Thailand - Malaysia Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation (JC) and the 7th Ministerial Meeting of the Thailand - Malaysia Joint Development Strategy for Border Areas (JDS), to be held in Bangkok in late October 2026.

วันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2569 นางสาวลดา ภู่มาศ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ รับเชิญเข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงาน Global Automotive and Technology Expo (GATE 2026) จัดโดยสถาบันยานยนต์ หุ่นยนต์ และ Internet of Things มาเลเซีย (MARii) ระหว่างวันที่ 26 – 28 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ โดยมี YB Tuan Sim Tze Tzin รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงการลงทุน การค้าและอุตสาหกรรมมาเลเซีย (MITI) เป็นประธานและกล่าวปาฐกถาพิเศษ YBHG. *Ambassador invited to the Opening Ceremony of the Global Automotive and Technology Expo 2026 (GATE 2026)*

On 26 August 2026, Her Excellency Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, was invited to attend the Opening Ceremony of the Global Automotive and Technology Expo 2026 (GATE 2026), organised by the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii) during 26 – 28 August 2026 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur, whereby YB Tuan Sim Tze Tzin, Deputy Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia (MITI), presided over the Opening Ceremony and delivered a Special Address, while YBhg. Datuk Dr. Aminar Rashid bin Salleh, Chairman of MARii, delivered the welcoming remarks. The Event was attended by more than 200 guests, including representatives from the Malaysian and international automotive industries, government and private sectors, as well as members of the media.

On this occasion, the Ambassador met with the Deputy Minister and MARii executives, and attended the Special Address by the Deputy Minister who underscored the importance of international cooperation in strengthening the competitiveness and resilience of automotive supply chains amid geopolitical and global economic challenges. The Deputy Minister also highlighted Malaysia’s potential as a regional manufacturing base and technology hub, particularly through stronger linkages among the automotive, electronics, semiconductor and digital technology industries, further underscored Malaysia’s efforts to promote battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and develop charging infrastructure to support the transition towards sustainable mobility, while reiterating the Malaysian Government’s commitment to integrating local businesses into global supply chains through technology transfer, research and development, and capacity building for domestic industry players.

Following the opening ceremony, the Ambassador met with Mr. Siamnat Panassorn, Vice President for Industrial Policy and Investment Support of the Electric Vehicle Association of Thailand (EVAT), who is scheduled to participate in the panel discussion entitled “Building ASEAN’s EV Ecosystem: Technology, Talent and Infrastructure” on 27 August 2026. Other Thai speakers participating in the Expo include Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yossapong Laoonual, Head of the Mobility and Vehicle Technology Research Centre, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), and Mr. Assadayoot Ruthirago, Vice President for Infrastructure Development of the EVAT.

On 2 September 2026, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, visited the Residence of the Ambassador of Norway in Malaysia to sign the condolence book on the passing of His Majesty King Harald V of the Kingdom of Norway. On this occasion, the Ambassador was received by H.E. Mrs. Marianne Fosland, Ambassador of Norway to Malaysia.

In this time of national mourning, our thoughts and prayers are with the people of the Kingdom of Norway.

วันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2569 นางสาวลดา ภู่มาศ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ รับเชิญเข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดนิทรรศการ “Telepuk: the Imprint of Heritage” จัดโดย Royal Selangor ณ Royal Selangor Visitor Centre กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ โดย H.R.H. Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj Ibni Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Alhaj สุลต่านแห่งรัฐสลังงอร์ ทรงเป็นองค์ประธานในพิธีฯ พร้อมด้วย H.R.H. Tengku Permaisuri Hajah Norashikin แห่งรัฐสลังงอร์ และ H.H. Tengku Amir Shah ibni Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj มกุฎราชกุมารแห่งรัฐสลังงอร์ นาง Hannah Yeoh รัฐมนตรีประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรีมาเลเซีย (รับผิดชอบกิจการดินแดนสหพันธ์) ตลอดจนคณะทูตานุทูตต่างประเทศประจำมาเลเซีย ผู้แทนภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนมาเลเซีย และสื่อมวลชน เข้าร่วมกว่า 100 คน

เอกอัครราชทูตฯ แสดงความยินดีกับ Dato’ Yong Yoon Li กรรมการผู้จัดการบริษัท Royal Selangor และการกล่าวโดยนาย Abdul Razak Aziz ผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งองค์กร Langkasuka Movement ในการจัดนิทรรศการนำเสนอศิลปหัตถกรรม “Telepuk” การประดับสิ่งทอแบบดั้งเดิมของชาวมลายู โดยใช้แม่พิมพ์ไม้แกะสลักประทับลวดลายทองลงบนผืนผ้า ซึ่งมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับราชสำนักและเครื่องแต่งกายในพระราชพิธี เพื่อถ่ายทอดประวัติศาสตร์ เทคนิค และองค์ความรู้ของงาน Telepuk ตลอดจนสะท้อนความพยายามในการอนุรักษ์และสืบทอดมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมนี้สู่คนรุ่นต่อไป

*Ambassador attends the Opening Ceremony of “Telepuk: The Imprint of Heritage” Exhibition organised by Royal Selangor*

On 27 August 2026, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, attended the opening ceremony of the “Telepuk: The Imprint of Heritage” exhibition organised by Royal Selangor at the Royal Selangor Visitor Centre, Kuala Lumpur. The ceremony was graced by H.R.H. Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj Ibni Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Alhaj, Sultan of Selangor, together with H.R.H. Tengku Permaisuri Hajah Norashikin of Selangor and H.H. Tengku Amir Shah ibni Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj, Raja Muda of Selangor. Also in attendance were Mrs. Hannah Yeoh, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories), members of the diplomatic corps in Malaysia, representatives from the Malaysian public and private sectors, and members of the media, with more than 100 participants in attendance.

The Ambassador congratulated Dato’ Yong Yoon Li, Managing Director of Royal Selangor, and Mr. Abdul Razak Aziz, Co-Founder of the Langkasuka Movement, on the organisation of the Exhibition, which showcases “Telepuk,” a traditional Malay textile art involving the application of gold motifs onto fabric using carved wooden blocks. Historically associated with the royal courts and ceremonial attire, the exhibition presents the history, techniques, and knowledge behind Telepuk, while highlighting efforts to preserve and pass on this cultural heritage to future generations.

On this occasion, the Ambassador toured the exhibition, including a demonstration of Telepuk textile decoration, and exchanged views on Thai textile craftsmanship and the cultural linkages between Thailand and Malaysia.

โอกาสนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้กล่าวขอบคุณอดีตรองผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติมาเลเซียสำหรับความร่วมมืออย่างดียิ่งกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ และหน่วยงานด้านความมั่นคงของไทยตลอดระยะเวลาการรับราชการในสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติมาเลเซีย ก่อนเกษียณอายุราชการเมื่อวันที่ 26 กรกฎาคม 2569 โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายยืนยันความพร้อมที่จะรักษาและสานต่อความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างกันต่อไป

On 26 August 2026, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, hosted a luncheon for Tan Sri Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay, former Deputy Inspector-General of Police of Malaysia, at Malai Thai Cuisine, Kuala Lumpur.

On this occasion, the Ambassador expressed her appreciation to the former Deputy Inspector-General of Police for his constructive cooperation with the Royal Thai Embassy and Thai security agencies throughout his service with the Royal Malaysia Police, prior to his retirement on 26 July 2026. Both sides looked forward to maintaining and continuing their cordial relations.

วันที่ 28 สิงหาคม 2569 นางสาวลดา ภู่มาศ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ ต้อนรับ พลตรี Dato’ Saiful Bahari bin Zainol ผู้บัญชาการ National Resilience College (NRC) มาเลเซีย และคณะ ซึ่งเข้าเยี่ยมคารวะเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่งใหม่ ณ ที่ทำการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ

เอกอัครราชทูตฯ และผู้บัญชาการ NRC ได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาพรวมความสัมพันธ์ทวิภาคีไทย - มาเลเซีย โดยเฉพาะความร่วมมือด้านความมั่นคงและการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของสังคมในบริบทสถานการณ์ระหว่างประเทศในปัจจุบัน รวมถึงหารือเกี่ยวกับแผนการนำผู้เข้าร่วมหลักสูตร NRC รุ่นที่ 7 เดินทางเยือนประเทศไทยเพื่อศึกษาดูงาน ระหว่างวันที่ 6 - 11 กันยายน 2569 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Building National Resilience and Social Cohesion through Whole-of-Government and Whole-of-Society Approaches” ซึ่งจะเป็นโอกาสในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์กับหน่วยงานของไทยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในการเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงและความเข้มแข็งของสังคม

การหารือเป็นไปในบรรยากาศฉันมิตร โดยผู้บัญชาการ NRC ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะเอกอัครราชทูตฯ เป็นคนแรกหลังการเข้ารับตำแหน่ง และที่ผ่านมา เอกอัครราชทูตฯ รับเชิญบรรยาย Executive Talk ให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมหลักสูตร NRC 2 ครั้ง ในปี ค.ศ. 2023 และ 2026 ตามลำดับ และย้ำว่า การทูตและการทหารสามารถร่วมกันทำงานอย่างสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อส่งเสริมนโยบายและจุดยืนหลักของประเทศตลอดจนรักษาผลประโยชน์แห่งชาติ

*Ambassador welcomes a courtesy call by the Commandant of the National Resilience College (NRC) of Malaysia*

On 28 August 2026, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, welcomed a courtesy call by Major General Dato’ Saiful Bahari bin Zainol, Commandant of the National Resilience College (NRC) of Malaysia, and his delegation, on the occasion of his assumption of duty, at the Royal Thai Embassy.

The Ambassador and the NRC Commandant exchanged information and views on the overall Thailand - Malaysia bilateral relations, particularly security cooperation and efforts to strengthen social cohesion in the context of the current international situation. They also discussed the upcoming study visit to Thailand by participants of NRC Course Cohort 7, scheduled for 6 - 11 September 2026 under the theme “Building National Resilience and Social Cohesion through Whole-of-Government and Whole-of-Society Approaches.” The visit will provide an opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with relevant Thai agencies on strengthening national resilience and social cohesion.

The discussion was conducted in a cordial atmosphere. The NRC Commandant’s courtesy call on the Ambassador was his first following his appointment. The Ambassador had previously been invited to deliver Executive Talks to NRC course participants on two occasions, in 2023 and 2026, respectively. The Ambassador underscored that diplomacy and the military can work constructively together to advance the country’s key policies and positions, as well as to safeguard national interests.

วันที่ 28 สิงหาคม 2569 นางสาวลดา ภู่มาศ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ Dato’ Dr. Ahmad Faisal Muhamad รองปลัดกระทรวงการต่างประเทศมาเลเซีย รับผิดชอบภารกิจด้านพหุภาคี เพื่อแสดงความยินดีในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่งใหม่ ตลอดจนแสดงความยินดีในโอกาสวันชาติมาเลเซีย 31 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศมาเลเซีย เมืองปูตราจายา

สองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและมุมมองเกี่ยวกับความร่วมมือไทย - มาเลเซียในกรอบพหุภาคี อาทิ อาเซียน BRICS และองค์การความร่วมมืออิสลาม (OIC) ตลอดจนประเด็นระดับภูมิภาคและระหว่างประเทศที่อยู่ในความสนใจร่วมกัน อาทิ สถานการณ์ในเมียนมา สถานการณ์ไทย - กัมพูชา รวมถึงการสนับสนุนซึ่งกันและกันในองค์การระหว่างประเทศ ตลอดจนสถานการณ์ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

การหารือเป็นไปอย่างฉันมิตร สองฝ่ายยืนยันความพร้อมที่จะทำงานร่วมกันอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือไทย - มาเลเซียทั้งในระดับทวิภาคีและกรอบพหุภาคี ตลอดจนสานต่อความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ กับกระทรวงการต่างประเทศมาเลเซีย เพื่อขับเคลื่อนความสัมพันธ์และความร่วมมือระหว่างสองประเทศให้ก้าวหน้ายิ่งขึ้น

*Ambassador meets with the Deputy Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia (Multilateral Affairs)*

On 28 August 2026, H.E. Ms. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, paid a courtesy call on Dato’ Dr. Ahmad Faisal Muhamad, Deputy Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia responsible for Multilateral Affairs, to congratulate him on his new appointment, as well as to extend her congratulations on the occasion of Malaysia’s National Day on 31 August 2026, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, Putrajaya.

Both sides exchanged information and views on Thailand - Malaysia cooperation in multilateral frameworks, including ASEAN, BRICS, and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest, including the situation in Myanmar and the Thailand - Cambodia situation. They also discussed mutual support in international organisations, as well as the situation in Thailand’s Southern Border Provinces.

The discussion was conducted in a cordial atmosphere, with both sides reaffirming their readiness to work closely together to promote Thailand - Malaysia cooperation at both the bilateral and multilateral levels, as well as to maintain the cordial relations between the Royal Thai Embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, with a view to further advancing relations and cooperation between the two countries.
