Wait… it’s not quite what you think! 😂
While out on the trail, we spotted what looked like a giant fossilised egg hidden among the leaves.
For a split second, we thought Pulai Trail had turned into Jurassic Park. Turns out, our “dinosaur egg” was just a discarded helmet left behind in the forest 🦖
It makes seem funny, but finding heavy rubbish like this is a stark reminder that our trails are still being treated like dumping grounds.
From plastic bottles to unexpected items, waste left in the forest impacts soil health, disrupts wildlife, and ruins the natural space for everyone.
Restoring an urban forest isn’t always glamorous work. Sometimes it means carrying out prehistoric-looking rubbish and clearing out things that simply don’t belong in nature.
Every piece of waste we haul out brings Pulai Trail one step closer to a cleaner, safer, and healthier home for native wildlife. 🌿✨
