Malaysia Education Empowerment Organisation (MEEO) is pleased to announce the soft opening of the 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐀𝐏𝐋𝐂) 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 located at the GMBB Building in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This marks an important milestone in the development of APLC as a regional platform dedicated to leadership, education, professional development, cultural exchange, and international collaboration across the Asia Pacific region.

Under the flagship of 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐎), APLC is positioned to become an annual leadership conference held in Kuala Lumpur, bringing together educators, entrepreneurs, professionals, youth leaders, industry experts, community builders, and institutional partners from different countries.

The first Asia Pacific Leadership Conference was successfully held at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in October 2025, laying a strong foundation for future regional engagement. Building on that success, MEEO is now preparing for the 2nd Asia Pacific Leadership Conference, scheduled for October 2026 in Kuala Lumpur.

The establishment of the APLC Headquarters at GMBB is more than just the opening of an office. It represents the beginning of a stronger regional movement — one that aims to connect people, ideas, institutions, and opportunities across borders.

Through conferences, forums, awards, professional exchanges, training programmes, and international networking opportunities, APLC aims to nurture a new generation of leaders who are able to think beyond borders, collaborate across cultures, and contribute meaningfully to the development of the Asia Pacific region.

As preparations begin for the 📌 2nd Asia Pacific Leadership Conference in October 2026, MEEO looks forward to welcoming more partners, institutions, speakers, delegates, and leaders from Malaysia and across the Asia Pacific region.

The journey has begun. From Kuala Lumpur to the Asia Pacific, APLC is ready to build a stronger platform for regional leadership, meaningful collaboration, and shared progress. 👍👍👍

（湖南长沙，14日）中国 "国家一级" 专家认证，2026年全球首次向外开放。首批马来西亚专家成绩今日公布。

首批马来西亚华裔受颁发 "专家认证” 的五 (5) 位专家是来自不同领域的华裔，包括教育家，企业家，金融家等。五位专家在中华文化研究、教育，金融与传播领域卓有建树的马来西亚华裔专家。

首批5位马来西亚华裔受颁发"专家认证” 人士：-
1）杨忠璇博士 (Dr. Yong Chung Shien) 全球汉语教学总会会长。
2）彭成隆博士 (Dr. Maximus Pheng), 马来西亚教育发展组织全国主席
3) 拿督王柯善博士（Datuk Dr. Heng Geok Sang), Bantu2U 公益科技平台董事
4) 拿督侯亿泉（Dato' How Ek Chuan), Cannama Farm Holdings Sdn. Bhd. 首席执行官
5）陈秉隆博士（Dr. Chan Peng Loon）UBM International Sdn. Bhd. 首席执行官。

授证仪式是在 “文正书院” 举行，授证仪式庄重而富有深意。这地方是曾文正公 “修身、齐家、治国、平天下” 的精神遗泽之地，寓意着对中华优秀传统文化核心价值及其当代传承者的崇高认可。

曾国藩是儒家 “立功、立德、立言” 圣人标准下被誉为 “两个半圣人” 中的 “半圣” ——另两位是孔子和王阳明。他组织湘军，大兴洋务运动，尤其晚年支持 “留美幼童”，培养了大批人才。在晚清历史上力挽狂澜，成为中兴四大名臣之首，被赐一等毅勇侯和 “文正” 谥号。就连毛泽东也直言：“予于近日，独服曾文正。” 位于大王山的 “文正书院” 就为弘扬他的正能量而建。

（湖南，13/1/2026）今天是马来西亚教育组织的 “中马研学与培训认证专项合作”签约。这次的合作是通过更系统的研学设计、更明确的能力评估和更规范的认证流程，让参与者不仅 “来过”，还真能 “带走点东西” 并把中华优秀传统文化与现代教育理念结合起来，在马来西亚乃至更广阔的国际舞台上，继续传播、实践下去。

这是一条需要长期投入的路。感谢每一位合作伙伴的信任与支持，也期待未来我们用更务实的行动，把中马文化与教育的合作做深、做稳，真正做出示范。

这次去长沙，不只是简单的旅行或打卡，而是一项很有意义的文化任务。我们受中国传统文化促进会的委托，要把“传统文化推广”和“研学项目”的理念带向国际舞台。希望能用更现代、更有参与感的方式，让海外社群重新接触、认识中华优秀传统文化。

很荣幸，来自马来西亚的我们成为首批获颁“文化领域专家证书”的代表。对我们来说，这不只是一个荣誉，更是一份责任，要把文化讲清楚、落到实处，并真正传播出去；同时把研学打造成可持续、可复制，能影响更多人的长期项目。

接下来的几天，我们会从“湖湘文脉”切入，深入了解书院文化、历史底蕴和城市精神，再将所看所学整理转化，设计成未来可在马来西亚，甚至更广范围推广的课程、活动与研学路线。

感谢一路同行与支持的每一个人。我们带着使命出发，也带着一颗轻盈却坚定的心，继续在文化这条路上走得更远、更扎实。

本次活动由马来西亚教育发展组织（MEEO）携手大汉集团 - 大汉国际工匠院共同推动，围绕 “中国传统文化研学之旅” 开展文化教育交流与研修，并举行中国传统文化促进会《专家证书》授证仪式。

活动旨在以研学实践为桥梁，深化中马人文互鉴，推动中华优秀传统文化在海外的传播与应用，助力教育者与文化推广者提升专业能力与影响力。

展望未来，大汉国际工匠院将会是 “中马文化教育合作” 的长期培训基地，承担研学课程、师资培训、文化认证与企业文化教育项目的系统化落地，并打造中马文化教育交流的稳定平台与人才孵化中心。
