Wish you a very Happy Diwali! May the festival of lights be the harbinger of joy and prosperity. Diwali's holy occasion is here; the atmosphere is filled with the spirit of joy and love. Here's hoping this festival of lights brings your way bright sparkles of contentment that stay with you through the days ahead.
BUT be aware that Festival of Lights not only for us but for the Stray Animals too. Below are few important notes that we would like you to take a second to read,
When crackers are burst, they release toxic gases into the atmosphere like Sulphur dioxide, nitrogen and potassium. It affects animals very much higher than humans. Crackers also causes injuries and burning in these animals and birds. They run/ fly aimlessly in anxiety, stress and fear.
The loud sound of firecrackers is enough to give repeated nervous breakdowns to dogs and cats, while birds and even cattle feel the after effects of the festival that fills the city with noisy celebrations with the bursting of firecrackers.
The noise and unpredictability of fireworks leads many dogs to perceive them as a threat. This triggers their fight-or-flight response. Your dog may bark at the noises or try to run away and hide. He may show other signs of anxiety, too, like restlessness, panting, pacing and whining.
We hope YOU can bring some changes, we are not stopping you from playing with firecrackers but do considerate the Stray Animals by not lighting up fireworks around the area where the Stray Animals lives.
