马华公会在1949年创党，马华甲洞区会也在不久后宣告成立。多少年来，马华甲洞区会都孜孜不倦地在甲洞默默耕耘，包括解决了许多民生问题。

由于国阵一连七届都在甲洞竞选失利，使甲洞犹如一个被遗弃的孤儿，这些年来错失了许多发展的良机。新的一年开始，应该是甲洞的选民对甲洞未来的发展作出省思和评估的时刻。

甲洞是个人口密集的地方，但是为什么轻快铁，电动火车都没有在甲洞心脏中心设立？为什么政府的捷运系统竟设在双溪毛糯而不是甲洞？为什么拥有先进设备的医院分别设在士拉央和双溪毛糯？为什么甲洞不能被併进大吉隆坡的发展版图里？为什么资金雄厚的外资没有到甲洞来投资？为什么甲洞天天塞车？为什么甲洞没有五星级的酒店？为什么甲洞没有大型的商业中心？为什么甲洞民生问题一箩箩？

我们相信，2012是甲洞改变历史的重要里程碑，如今让我们万众一心【改变甲洞，共创先进】！！
