The Malaysia government has clearly stated in the Construction Industry Act 520 that building materials entering Malaysia for sale and use must undergo product testing process through laboratory reports or certification from accredited certification bodies recognized by CIDB in order to obtain the Certificate of Approval (C.O.A.) and the product qualification certificate (P.P.S.i) issued by CIDB.✅

However, these steps are often being skipped or done incorrectly, leading to unnecessary time and financial losses when the products are inspected. If the worst comes to the worst, businesses may be held accountable for legal responsibilities. Generally speaking, these issues happened due to lack of awareness on import regulations or communication gaps in the certification process due to language barriers. 🔥

Now with the launch of our ASSURE system we believe it will ease out the certification process through enhancing the quality and productivity of the construction industry.
