Arlene Terrace Arlene Terrace, also known as Towkay Leong Kin shophouse, was operated as Chop Heng Woh Shoe Maker & Tailor, oldest custom shoe maker in Ipoh, in the 1900s.

The shophouse has been restored and operated as Funtasy House Trick Art, 3D Trick Art Museum.
