这位医生完完全全讲出了我经营产后护理中心的心声。。。。

最近月子中心宝宝被调包事件，
让我最想说的是：
不是每个人，都有资格碰这个行业。

很多人选月子中心时，
看的可能是环境漂不漂亮、房间美不美、
月嫂会不会抱孩子、配套高级不高级。

但我要很直接地说——
月子中心，不只是照顾妈妈坐月子而已。

它某种程度上，其实也是一种高风险的人命管理。

我自己曾经开过月子中心，
所以我比很多人更清楚，
这个行业最难的地方，
在于你是否真的有能力把无数细节长期稳稳守住。

开业也许不难，
难的是每一天都不能出错。
因为在那里同时承担的，
远远不只是“把妈妈照顾好”这么简单。

是新生儿身份管理、喂养记录、黄疸观察、
安全交接、感染控制、夜班疲劳管理、
家属沟通、SOP执行等等。

你面对的，也从来不只是一个产妇。
那是一个家庭在最脆弱的时候，
愿意交到你手上的信任。

所以，月子中心不是不能信。
只是这个行业，
比大众想象中更需要被认真看待。

选月子中心时，
你不该只看装潢、网红推荐、价格配套。
你更应该问的是：

你们怎么确认宝宝身份？
宝宝辨识流程是什么？
是否24小时监控？
护理人员接受过什么训练？
宝宝交接制度怎么执行？
夜班如何避免疲劳出错？
如果发生错误，第一时间机制是什么？
管理者本身到底懂不懂这一行？

因为说到底，
资本可以进场，
但这个行业真正被考验的，
是你是否理解自己每天在管理的，
究竟是什么。

这些年我听过太多人说：
“月子中心很好做吧？现在市场这么大。”

但月子中心不是你装潢漂亮，
就能试错的行业，
因为它不是消费体验的咖啡馆。

你开的，不只是一个空间。
你接住的是产后妈妈、
刚出生的新生儿，
和一个家庭最深的托付。

更让人后怕的是，
当一个家庭把最重要的人安心交给你之后，
这个系统居然真的可能出错。

看到市场，
不代表你理解责任。
能够开业，
也不代表你真的有能力守住每一天的安全。

这个行业真正的专业，
藏在那些外人看不见，
却一天都不能松动的细节里。

因为一次重大失误，
对经营者来说可能是一场公关危机，
但对一个家庭来说，
影响往往远远不只是当下，
也有可能是一辈子。

今天写这个，
不是为了制造恐慌，
也不是为了踩曾经的同行。

恰恰相反，
是因为我曾经在里面，
所以更知道这个行业值得被提升标准。
而每一个家庭，
也值得拥有更高的判断标准。

月子中心不是不能选。
但别只选“看起来安心”的，
要选“流程真的安心”的。

因为有些行业，
赚的是钱，
但扛的是命。

Due to prolonged sitting at work, she developed tailbone pressure, which led to lower back pain.

After understanding her situation, we arranged a professional prenatal yoga session specially for her.
