Kami sentiasa bersedia untuk membantu.

Seiring dengan visi Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang, kami membantu peniaga tepi jalan untuk berpindah ke lokasi yang lebih selamat dan bersih.

Kami berinteraksi, kami mendengar, dan kami bekerjasama untuk menempatkan semula mereka dengan lebih teratur. Proses ini mungkin mengambil sedikit masa, namun selagi para peniaga bersedia untuk bekerjasama, pihak majlis akan sentiasa memberi bantuan dan sokongan.

Matlamat kita adalah untuk memastikan persekitaran yang lebih selamat, bersih dan teratur untuk semua.

Hi Jeremy!

Sekadar makluman mesra daripada Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang - MBPP ( MBPP). Nampaknya banner tuition kamu bekerja sangat rajin keliling bandar… sampai pasukan penguatkuasaan kami pun perasan.

Malangnya, oleh sebab banner itu tidak ada permit, pasukan MBPP akan beri mereka persaraan awal dan menurunkannya tidak lama lagi.

Mungkin lebih baik simpan bajet pemasaran untuk banner yang sah sebelum banner anda diturunkan satu demi satu.

Jangan risau — pelajar masih boleh cari kamu, cuma mungkin tanpa kemunculan mengejut di setiap tiang lampu. 😅

几十年来非法小贩因为手续复杂/位置问题而申请不到正式的小贩执照😭 但这些问题现在都在逐渐解决✌🏻

before CNY’s Eve,
the cute God of Wealth already made his grand debut

Taking action wasn’t about cracking down toughly,
it was simply because the decoration was a little too grand. So we gently advised the shop to take it down,
submit an application to Council (Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang - MBPP),
because safety always comes first.

Big thanks to the Love Lane shop owners for being so cooperative.
Just a few days’ process — and voilà, the God of Wealth returns to Love Lane!”

After tennis, ordered GrabFood so I could makan sandwich straight when I reached home
Pleasant surprise — no single-use plastic! They used a reusable, recycled bag ♻️

Penag street food magic : my tummy teraphy 🍜

This is the unspoken contract of Penang street food. We don’t ask questions. We just show up, eat the healing soup, and cherish the beautiful, temporary ownership of empty spaces on kimberly street. Nobody gets mad. Everyone gets fed. The cycle continues.

11pm, the magic trick began. Like culinary ninjas, they packed it all up. Chairs stacked, tables vanished, floor swept.

And by morning? It’s all gone. The pavement is empty, like last night’s soup-fueled therapy for our tired souls was just a beautiful dream.

Hmmmm my tummy salute you 🫡

原来MBPP是这样抓的‼️

今天跟着MBPP市议员陈淑湘一起出动，第一次近距离看到市政厅的突击卫生评估，原来现场是这样运作的🧐

很多人以为 “MBPP是不是故意找事？” “罚单是不是很容易中？”

但实际走一趟才知道，评估是怎样算、标准是什么、哪些是餐馆最常犯的问题… 这些都超出我们的想象，但却都跟老百姓的卫生健康息息相关🫡
