We are pleased to invite you to join the 8th International Conference on Built Environment in Developing Countries (ICBEDC 2024), organised by the School of Housing, Building and Planning, Universiti Sains Malaysia.

The organisation of the 8th ICBEDC in 2024 aims to attract a diverse array of stakeholders, bringing together professionals, academics, researchers, students, and industry experts in the built environment sector. The goal is to facilitate collaboration, exchange of experiences, and the sharing of cutting-edge research, with a specific focus on the optimal utilization of digital applications. This is a hybrid conference, which offers both in-person and online participation for delegates and speakers.

School of HBP is now 50 years old.
What we have today is the result of continuous efforts, planning and patience.
