KENYATAAN MEDIA JAWATANKUASA TERTINGGI PUSAT (CEC) DAP

Jawatankuasa Tertinggi Pusat (CEC) DAP telah mengadakan mesyuarat bulanan pada malam tadi (4 Jun 2026) dan memutuskan beberapa pendirian seperti berikut;

1) Mengambil kira pembubaran Dewan Undangan Negeri Johor dan Dewan Undangan Negeri Negeri Sembilan dan Pilihanraya Negeri perlu diadakan dalam tempoh 60 hari dari 1 Jun 2026, maka Persidangan Kebangsaan DAP 2026 yang sepatutnya dijadualkan pada 12 Julai 2026 akan ditunda ke 16 Ogos 2026 (Ahad).

2) DAP akan mempertahankan semua kerusi penyandang di Johor dan Negeri Sembilan dan bertanding di beberapa kerusi tambahan di Johor tertakluk kepada keputusan rundingan secara muktamad dengan parti-parti komponen Pakatan Harapan menjelang hujung minggu ini.

3) Proses pemilihan calon untuk mewakili DAP dalam Pilihanraya Negeri tersebut akan ditentukan oleh sebuah Jawatankuasa Pemilihan Calon seperti berikut;

a) Loke Siew F**k (Setiausaha Agung)
b) Gobind Singh Deo (Pengerusi Kebangsaan)
c) Nga Kor Ming (Timbalan Pengerusi Kebangsaan)
d) Teo Nie Ching (Ketua Wanita DAP)
e) Chong Chieng Jen (Ketua Parlimen DAP)

4) Menyokong pembentangan RUU Pengasingan Peguam Negara dan Pendakwa Raya yang telah dimuktamadkan oleh Jawatankuasa Pilihan Khas dalam Persidangan Dewan Rakyat bermula 22 Jun akan datang dan menyatakan komitmen untuk memastikan sokongan undi belah bahagi dari kesemua 40 Ahli Parlimen DAP serta menyeru semua Ahli Parlimen untuk memastikan Pindaan Perlembagaan yang bersejarah ini dapat direalisasikan

DAP terus komited untuk mendokong agenda reformasi institusi dalam kerajaan dan akan berkempen secara bersungguh-sungguh dalam Pilihanraya Negeri Johor dan Negeri Sembilan demi kemenangan Pakatan Harapan di kedua-dua negeri tersebut.

民主行动党中央执行委员会（CEC）媒体文告

民主行动党中央执行委员会（CEC）於星期四晚（2026年6月4日）在吉隆坡民主行动党总部召开了常月会议，并针对多项议题达成以下立场声明：

1) 鉴於柔佛州立法议会及森美兰州立法议会已经解散，且有关州选举必须在2026年6月1日起的60天内举行，因此原定於2026年7月12日召开的2026年民主行动党全国代表大会，将顺延至2026年8月16日（星期日）举行。

2) 民主行动党将在柔佛及森美兰州选捍卫所有原有胜选议席，并将在柔佛州竞选若干新增议席，这将取决於本周末前与希望联盟各成员党的最终谈判结果。

3) 代表民主行动党上阵上述州选的候选人遴选工作，将由以下候选人遴选委员会决定：

a）陆兆福（秘书长）
b）哥宾星（全国主席）
c）倪可敏（全国署理主席）
d）张念群（妇女组主席）
e）张健仁（党国会领袖）

4) 支持即将於6月22日召开的国会下议院会议上提呈由国会特别遴选委员会最终敲定的律政司与检察司分权修宪案，并承诺民主行动党旗下所有40名国会议员将在记名表决中给予支持，同时呼吁全体国会议员共同确保这项具有历史意义的宪法修正案获得通过。

民主行动党将继续坚定支持政府的体制改革议程，并将在柔佛及森美兰州选中全力以赴竞选，以确保希望联盟在这两个州属赢得胜利。

20250227民主行动党社青团全国组织秘书林政行新闻稿（反驳黄日昇）

针对马华副总会长黄日昇抨击地方政府部长倪可敏无耻，民主行动党社青团全国组织秘书林政行批评众马华领袖已经丧失理性论证能力，只能靠炒作新闻造成华社人心惶惶，以捞取廉价选票。

林政行表示，马华是从吉隆坡小贩商业公会主席拿督洪细弟在致辞时，揭露曾有官员提议拆除茨厂街的中文招牌后，开始炒作课题。事实上，马华完全可以在得知消息后，先通过官方渠道向相关单位包括吉隆坡市政局（DBKL）了解详情，以调查真伪，再进行下一步行动。

“作为多年执政党的马华，本应非常清楚基本的作业程序，团结政府也非常欢迎商家的直接对话，没有必要在还未查明真相就敲锣打鼓、含血喷人，把自己塑造成华社英雄，结果却一次又一次被事实打脸。”

林政行指出，倪可敏部长甚至亲自到“茨厂街”视察，在万众瞩目之下承诺“茨厂街”中文字稳如泰山，身体力行捍卫各族文化与传统特色。这与众马华领袖成天想着如何炒作华社情绪的形象，形成了强烈对比。更何况，这个课题显然是有人无中生有，企图博取政治利益，混淆视听。

林政行抨击黄日昇和马华众领袖不断放大“拆除中文字牌楼”的假议题，甚至在言辞中给人以错觉，好像这个建议已经获得某方拍板定案。事实上，马华和魏家祥在面对吉隆坡小贩商业公会的呼吁时，选择以夸大、煽动的方式来攻击团结政府和行动党，试图把“制造族群对立”的帽子扣到行动党与倪可敏头上。但真相是：此事从未进入正式政策或执行层面；若马华真心关心华社历史文化的保留，就应先厘清事实，而非倒果为因、抛出毫无根据的指责。

“马华想要捍卫的华社权益在出发点上并没有错，但还没查明真相，就先上纲上线，一口咬定是行动党在逐步侵蚀华社权益，这种做法并没有为马华加分，反而在民主问责的专业程度上大大扣分。”

综合以上，若马华真心为华社谋求长远利益，就应专注于反对党角色，以清醒、负责的态度参与政治竞争，而非继续左右逢源、玩弄双面手法。

民主价值的考验：党内纷争将走向何方？
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆: 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝘀 𝗗𝗔𝗣 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴?

从内部攻破？信息泄露与党内信任危机
Betrayal from Within? Data Leaks and Trust Crisis

且不论内容的真实性如何，这类问题的出现只会带来几种可能的后果：

1. **加剧党内矛盾，影响团结**
这无疑是一场“双输”的局面。无论支持林派还是沈派的成员，双方支持者都会因这类问题而加剧对立，使原本尚未白热化的矛盾迅速升级，甚至恶化。而最大的受害者，正是党的团结与整体形象。

2. **可能是一种政治离间计**
这是否是一种刻意制造分裂的政治手段？无论是党内还是党外，是否有人试图通过这种手段恶化局势，削弱党的稳定？这点值得深思。

3. **中立支持者的流失**
这场纷争可能让中立派逐渐疏远行动党，甚至彻底失去信任。毕竟，这种内斗的现象让人联想到2008年民政党的党争历史，难道历史真的要重演？

4. **局外人的观感**
对党外人士（民众）而言，他们或许并不关心最终谁胜谁负，但这样的内斗无疑会让人寒心。这不仅是茶余饭后的“好戏”，更可能促使社会大众重新审视、评估行动党的诚信与执政能力。

无论如何，这些情况都会对行动党的形象造成严重冲击。

更让我担忧的是，这类信息的传播范围不仅限于中央代表，甚至普通党员也在接收。那么，这样的举动究竟有何用意？背后是谁在推动？我无法妄下定论，但如果这些信息的散播者来自党内支持某一派别的人士，那么其行为不仅将对方描绘得极具阴谋色彩，更是在破坏党的公正形象。若连党内选举都被塑造成“内定”与“强迫”的局面，甚至让党员的投票选择被解读为“受领袖指示”，而非个人自由意志，那行动党的民主价值观将受到严重质疑。

如果散布此类信息的是党内人士，那只能说，你们已经成功让行动党被外界贴上“虚伪”的标签。而事实上，如今许多学者与民众已经对我们产生质疑，甚至有部分人认为行动党是一个“行骗”的政党。因此，让这样的信息传播，究竟是出于何种目的？居心何在？ 这不是在推党去死吗？

我希望党中央、总部对此事进行彻查，因为这不仅涉及党内的团结与形象问题，更牵涉到严重的隐私泄露。显然，有人通过内部渠道以及总部的党员名单（Database)获取了大量联络信息，并加以利用，而这已涉及法律层面的隐私侵犯。总部对此真的无动于衷？难道不该对此事作出明确表态与调查？

Regardless of the authenticity of the content, the emergence of such issues can only lead to a few possible consequences:

1. **Escalation of Internal Conflicts, Undermining Party Unity**
This is undoubtedly a "lose-lose" situation. Whether one supports the Lim faction or the Sim faction, both sides will only become more polarized due to such issues, turning a situation that was not yet fully heated into an outright crisis, or even worsening it. Ultimately, the biggest casualty will be the party’s unity and overall image.

2. **A Possible Political Divide-and-Conquer Tactic**
Could this be a deliberate attempt to create division? Whether from within or outside the party, is someone trying to worsen the situation and destabilize the party? This is a question worth pondering.

3. **Loss of Neutral Supporters**
This internal strife could gradually push neutral supporters away from the party, or even cause them to lose faith entirely. Such infighting is reminiscent of the party struggles within Gerakan in 2008. Is history bound to repeat itself?

4. **Public Perception**
To outsiders (the general public), they may not care who wins or loses in the end, but such internal conflicts are undoubtedly disheartening. It is not just a political spectacle for entertainment but could also lead the public to reevaluate the party’s credibility and governance capabilities.

No matter what, these situations will have a severe impact on the party’s image.

What concerns me even more is that the spread of such information is not limited to central delegates; even ordinary party members are receiving it. What, then, is the true intention behind this? Who is driving it? I cannot make reckless accusations, but if those spreading this information are party insiders supporting a particular faction, then their actions not only paint the opposing side as conspiratorial but also severely damage the party’s reputation. If party elections are portrayed as "pre-determined" and "coerced," and if members' voting decisions are seen as dictated by party leaders rather than based on their own free will, then the party’s commitment to democracy will be seriously questioned.

If those spreading such information are indeed party members, then congratulations—you have successfully branded the party as hypocritical. The reality is that many scholars and the public have already begun to doubt us, with some even labeling the party as deceitful. So, what is the true purpose of spreading such information? What is the motive? Are you not pushing the party toward destruction?

I urge the party leadership and headquarters to thoroughly investigate this matter, as it not only concerns internal unity and the party’s public image but also involves a serious breach of privacy. Clearly, someone has accessed a large amount of contact information through internal channels and the party’s database and is exploiting it—this constitutes a legal violation of privacy. Is the headquarters really going to turn a blind eye to this? Shouldn’t a clear statement and investigation be made?
