Housing affordability especially for sustainable housing, remains a significant issue in Malaysia. In this new joint report by Cagamas Berhad and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), we explore the importance of stronger green standards, enhanced public-private collaboration and targeted incentives for low-income groups to drive more inclusive home ownership.
As the National Mortgage Corporation of Malaysia, Cagamas Berhad plays a pivotal role in strengthening the housing finance ecosystem and enabling access to affordable and sustainable home financing.
