Thank you to all PSAM Members who joined us on 21st of November 2025 at Dewan Kejiranan Presint 16, Putrajaya for our 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM 2025), both physically and online

Our sincere appreciation goes to every member whose presence and active participation made the 12th AGM a meaningful and successful session. This year, we received numerous proposals and motions from PSAM members, reflecting strong engagement, valuable insights, and a shared commitment to strengthening our association and advancing playground safety in Malaysia.

We are also pleased to announce the appointment of the new Treasurer and Auditor of PSAM for the 2024–2026 term.

Congratulations to our newly appointed Treasurer, Ms Jessie Seow Wai Cheng, and our newly appointed Auditor, Ms Nor Aishah Tan Abdullah.

At the same time, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Pn. LAr. Norhaliza for her dedicated service as PSAM Treasurer over the past several years. Thank you for your invaluable contributions and commitment to the association.

The CPI Program 2025 is a structured pathway, aligned with Malaysian Standards ### and current industry needs.

Did you know that advanced playground maintenance isn’t just about spotting hazards? To handle maintenance inspections, participants must already have a foundation in hazard identification. ✅

In this course, participants learned how to tackle issues effectively , sometimes without spending a lot, and without replacing entire components.

could a Priority 1 hazard (something that could potentially cause death) be fixed by just replacing a bolt and nuts? 🤔

This hands-on approach teaches officers how to prioritize, troubleshoot, and maintain playgrounds in the smartest way possible — keeping safety top-notch while being cost-efficient. 🌳✨

We successfully conducted a two-day Kursus Lanjutan Taman Permainan Kanak-Kanak DBKL 2025 from 10–11 November 2025, in collaboration with Institut Latihan DBKL.

This advanced-level course was specially designed for DBKL officers who already have a foundational understanding of playground safety, focusing on maintenance practices, safety compliance, and documentation processes in line with Malaysian Standards MS966 & MS2665.

Our heartfelt thanks to Institut Latihan Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (IDB) for the invitation and continuous support, and to all participants for their active engagement and commitment throughout the lectures, site assessment, and group presentations.

May this collaboration continue to strengthen our shared goal — creating safer, sustainable, and joyful playgrounds across Kuala Lumpur. 🛝💪
