⚠️Protect yourself and your family from sore eyes!

Conjunctivitis, commonly known as Sore Eyes or Piskat, is a contagious eye infection that spreads through direct contact with infected eye secretions or contaminated objects.

🧼 Help prevent the spread:
✅ Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.
✅ Avoid touching or rubbing your eyes.
✅ Do not share towels, pillows, handkerchiefs, cosmetics, or other personal items.
✅ Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
✅ Stay home from work or school if you have symptoms.

👁️ Common Symptoms:
• Red or pink eyes
• Watery or sticky eye discharge
• Itching or burning sensation
• Swollen eyelids
• Sensitivity to light

If symptoms become severe, vision is affected, or the condition does not improve, consult your nearest health facility or healthcare provider.
