It's been a long minute, apologies, but we have been on global operations with clients since the end of last year with all hands on deck to cover the explosion of operational work in Africa and UK, USA and Asia, which way over shadows any training programs.
2026 has been a crazy year so far for the Group with demands for specialist training for overseas Governments and Operational work with private clients.
In this industry sector you can have your schedule totally destroyed by demands from work and training which albeit was always on the horizon but within a day you get the call to seek 26 very high level Operators to cover one clients long term contracted demand.
So you see the complexity of running a Group of companies which works in multiple regions of the world and "own" and run 4 strategically located Special Operations Training Centres.
We have exhausted our staff, especially our teachers and instructors to deliver the courses and for this reason we are now searching for instructors that can work with UCP Group globally not only in training but also in operations if needed. Flexibility is the name of this game.
The first position is for a very high standard former UK or USA military with the below credentials.
If you believe "you" can deliver the following as a (one person unit) then please let us know.
1. Executive Close Protection (up to level 3)
2. Medic (up to level 3) including; TCCC
3. Hostile Environment Close Protection - CQB
4. Drones unmanned aircraft
5. Driver security - evasive, defensive
6. Weapons - up to Level 3 weapons competency
7. Surveillance - urban - rural - technical
8. Survival
Our lead instructors delivers this globally, but now we require a full time "second in command" instructor / teacher
You will be working with awarding bodies (NOT SIA LINKED) but Ofqual - RQF standards and therefore we would expect you to hold the relevant qualifications to teach.

You will be joining a family of over 25 years established and one of the first Close Protection Training companies worldwide. So the Heritage is there just searching for the right qualified person to take the reins.

Meetings will be via zoom or teams in the first instance then you will invited out to our head office in London UK for face to face interview. If successful you will be flown out to our SOTC for Visa applications and sponsorship.
