Hello Everyone

As today marks exactly complete 3 months since we had our event at our former school, Liwonde CDSS on April 11, 2022, we are glad to communicate that trees we planted are being taken care of and they are growing so interestingly.

This serves to us as a motivation and energizer as we are in planning stage to execute another project which will let everyone in knowledge for input once we are done with that.

It is our responsibility as alumni to have a role in various ways as role models of our former school students as well as our societies. This does not only portray as an encouragement tool to the students, it also creates a positive culture in our societies as kids grow up.

Today we have made history. What we planned for almost 3 months ago has been delivered today. Gifts delivered, trees planted and students very motivated.

Mrs. Ngozo our deputy Head teacher was very glad. We thought it was unfortunate day since Mr. Nangwale was departing to his new school. But Mr.Machete-Nyirenda, the new Headteacher proved our assumption wrong.

Guys it was a wonderful event.

Hello family!!

we are planning to have motivational event and tree planting exercise at our old school (Liwonde CDSS) on 11th April, 2022. The emphasis of this project is to encourage and motivate current students at our old school on different study arenas including social and health wise. Tree planting exercise will be used to provide an emphasis need and importance of environmental protection and conservation.

In detail the event will including the following activities:

1. Motivation and career talk which will cover all aspects on education and other successful angles attained by the alumni.

2. Offering of assorted school supporting materials such as calculators, exercise books and pens to the top 3 scholars in each form.

3. Tree planting exercise will follow.

As preparations of this project are underway, members are making their contributions such as money as well as any relevant support.
