🤰 Buckle Up the Right Way – Protect Two Lives!

When pregnant, wearing a seatbelt correctly can significantly reduce the risk of injury to both mother and baby in the event of a crash.

✅ Place the lap belt low across the hips and below the baby bump, never over the stomach.

✅ Position the shoulder belt between the breasts and to the side of the bump.

❌ Never place the seatbelt across or above the abdomen, as it can cause serious injury during sudden braking or a collision.

Remember: Pregnancy is not a reason to avoid wearing a seatbelt. It is a reason to wear it correctly.
