Ħal Millieri is currently being studied by a team from the University of Malta.

Unfortunately, the ongoing studies affect the chapel's interior and it will therefore be closed for the usual first Sunday monthly openings as from next Sunday 4 May until further notice.

Any inconvenience is regretted but we are sure that you all understand how important this research is if we are to protect this wonderful site.

We will be open again tomorrow Sunday 6th April from 9am to 12 noon. Entrance is free but donations, that go towards the maintenance of this priceless medieval chapel and its unique remarkable 1450s frescoes, are welcome.

Hal Millieri chapel is open again to the general public next Sunday 2nd March from 9am to 12 noon. Entrance is free. Donations are however welcome.
