GMD is currently running GAME – Generating Awareness for Migrant Experiences, an Erasmus+ project created together with We Are Muesli, an independent game design studio from Milan. The project will lead to the co‑creation of a new video game, “In Their Shoes – Malta,” built from real stories and perspectives shared by young people with a migration background.

As part of the project, GMD is inviting young people aged 18–30 with a migration background and living in Malta to take part in a community survey. Their input will help shape both a public report on migration in Malta and the narrative of the upcoming game.

Participation is completely free, and the final game will also be available to download for free once released.

How do we reach out to LGBTQI+ Young People?

Youth information has a transformative power on young people's lives, but to be truly inclusive, we cannot put everyone in the same box 🌈

That's why launched their third focused Youth Info Survey report, this time on LGBTQI+ Young People, to explore the concrete needs and adapt, because learning mobility is inclusive and should provide a space for self-expression and self-development for absolutely everyone.

💡What was found? While 72% of q***r youth are highly open to going abroad, they also face unique barriers, such as heightened financial hurdles, mental health concerns, and fears of discrimination.
