🎨 Applications are now open for ideART Ceramic Sculptures: Moulding Memories!

Are you a young creative passionate about ceramic art and sculpture? This unique mentoring programme will support you in developing a personal artistic concept and transforming it into a final artwork through hands-on tutorials, mentorship, experimentation, and creative exploration.

The experience will culminate in a public exhibition at the Malta School of Art, with participants also receiving remuneration for the creation of their work. One winning participant will be awarded a scholarship overseas.

If you're between 18 and 30 years old, based in Malta or Gozo, and looking to further your practice in ceramic art, we encourage you to apply.

📢 New report on young migrants in Malta

is pleased to share a new publication, Beyond the Narrative: Mapping Young Migrant Experiences in Malta.

The report maps the realities, needs and aspirations of young people with a migration background living in Malta, looking at areas such as employment, education, housing, health and access to rights. It offers valuable insights for anyone working with or supporting young people across the country.

The report was produced within the Erasmus+ project GAME - Generating Awareness for Migrant Experiences, co-funded by the European Union and carried out by GMD in collaboration with We Are Muesli.

GMD will soon open recruitment for participants in their Game Co-Creation Lab, taking place in Malta from 6 to 8 November, where young people with a migration background will help shape the narrative content of a video game based on real experiences.

Then the Young Researchers’ Grant is for you. Through this grant, you can be awarded up to €700 to carry out your own research project.
