It is recommended that you register for the Skillspass 3 months prior to your registration with Identita, so six months before your renewal date.

This is so you will have enough time to comfortably go through the whole Skillspass process and everything will be done on time.

Once you obtain the full Skills Pass it is permanent for that particular occupation and does not need to be renewed.

Any occupation which does not fall within the listed job families (Housekeeping, Kitchen, Food Service, Bar Service and Front Office), should select the β€˜Other’ option. This option does not include an online assessment in Phase 1. In Phase 2, the β€˜Other’ option does not include specific questions during the Skill Verification Interview, instead the candidate will be asked general questions which will test the English conversation skills. Occupations that fall within the β€˜Other’ option may include maintenance, HR personnel, accounts personnel, marketing personnel etc.

Please be advised that the last day to register on this portal is 19 December.
All users who register by this date must book their Phase 2 interview by 4 January.
If you do not book your Phase 2 interview by the deadline, you will need to contact the Skills Pass Department to restart your application on our new portal launching on 5 January.
